"Oh my gosh!" I hear Maddie scream.
"It's not what it looks like! Maddie wait!" Lucas hollers, running after her.
"Kk how could you! We are best friends! Best friends do not steal best friends boyfriends! You jerk!" I say crying. I go back to our table. Poor Maddie. She told me today that she cuts and she is depressed. I feel so bad for her. Lucas is an idiot. I call Josh and tell him to come over. He will help me through this. I explain once he gets here. All of a sudden Maddie comes back in, crying. "Mads! What happened?" "Lucas is a jerk! He cheated on my with my best friend!" Then Kendall runs out, bawling. What is happening? Will it ever be the same? Josh hugs me and says "it will be alright, Chlo. You will always have me." Josh is the sweetest boyfriend ever. I give him a kiss and we leave for school. Maddie clinging on to my arm like Velcro. She is crushed.
