Chapter 4 - Sharing The Bed

I carried her like that up the stairs after switching off the lights, down the hallway to our bedroom and placed her down on her feet beside the bed. I noticed her cheeks were heating up and I gave her a big grin. She looked so beautiful whenever she blushed. She quickly went to the closet to grab her pyjamas. While she was changing, I decided to have a quick shower, after switching on the shower to warm up, I stripped off in the bathroom after shutting the door and stepped into the hot water. I stood underneath the water for a moment just letting the hot stream run down my bare back. I started to wash my hair and body with my shampoo and soap. Once I was done I turned off the water and stepped out, wrapping a towel around my wet, naked body. I realised I didn't bring any clothes in with me so I walked out of the bathroom and was just about to walk into the closet until I heard a sharp intake of breath. I looked over to Leah who was sitting on the bed in just a tank top and short shorts, and my eyes shot straight to her smooth, bare legs, and my eyes followed all the way up her body, past her stomach, and landed on her breasts. I could tell she wasn't wearing a bra because I could see her hardened nubs poking out of her top. My eyes followed up her shoulders, and neck and finally landed on her face. I looked into her eyes to see she was doing the same with my body and watching the water as it slid down my naked skin.

When she finally realised she was checking me out, she looked into my eyes and blushed a deep red and looked back down at the book she was reading. I smirked at her and walked into the closet and pulled out some grey sweatpants, I didn't bother with a shirt because I can't sleep in shirts. After putting the sweatpants on, which hung low on my hips, I walked back out to the bedroom and made my way towards Leah on the bed and lay down on my back with my hands behind my head and eyes closed.

I felt the bed shift a little and looked to my side to see Leah getting under the covers to lie down. She had already put her book on the nightstand on her side of the bed, and she turned her body towards me. I got under the covers with her and lay on my side facing her. We stared into each other's eyes for a few minutes before she cleared her throat. "Goodnight Jace," she said with a smile and turned over with her back facing me.

"Goodnight Leah" I replied still watching the back of her head before I turned over and switched off my lamp on the nightstand.

The next morning I woke up with a head in the crook of my shoulder and an arm across my abs. Confused, I looked down only to be met with a messy bun of red hair. Realising it was Leah, I removed the strands of hair from her face and watched her peacefully sleep on my shoulder.

5 minutes later, she started to stir in her sleep, and I watched as her eyelids flickered open, and she looked straight up into my eyes with a small, sheepish smile on her lips. She didn't make a move to move away so my hold on her grew stronger and I pulled her more into me so she was almost on top of me. "Good morning Leah, how did you sleep?" I asked her with my voice groggy from sleep.

"Good morning" she replied with a smile "I slept well, did you?" she asked, and she gained a nod from me and a genuine smile. She was beautiful with a sleepy face, no make-up and hair a mess, I could wake up to this every morning and be a happy man.

We lay in each other's arms for around 10 minutes before we decided to get ready for work. We were told yesterday by our fathers that Leah was spending the day with me in my office today so she could get used to the layout and where everything was.

I followed Leah into the closet and I couldn't help but stare at her round ass in those short shorts that barely covered it. It looked amazing and I just want to grab it. She stopped to grab her clothes and underwear set before leaving to get in the shower.

I got dressed in some fresh boxers, a black shirt with a black tie and a dark grey suit. I pulled out my black dress shoes and wore them. I waited in the bedroom for Leah to finish showering and dressing so I could brush my teeth and do my hair.

When Leah walked out she was fully dressed in a black blouse with a blue pencil skirt that clung to her hourglass figure. She looked stunning, I couldn't keep my eyes off her. She walked past me with a smile and popped into the closet to find her shoes, when she came back out she followed me into the bathroom and we brushed our teeth, both did our hair and she put on her make-up. I watched her apply each product whilst getting the odd few glances from her gorgeous green eyes.

Once she was finished with her make-up, she grabbed her black jacket and black purse and we walked downstairs. Leah cooked some eggs and bacon, while I made coffee for each of us, and made small talk the whole time. After finishing up our breakfasts and coffees, we left the house after locking up and got into her car. Leah let me drive her car to my building since she didn't know where it was.

After parking the car in my private parking space in the underground garage, we walked into the building and straight towards the elevator. I pushed the button to my floor and ascended up. Walking out of the elevator, I reached out for her hand and entwined our fingers together. Leah looked up at me and smiled that beautiful smile I have grown to adore in the last 24 hours I have spent with her.

Before walking into my office with her, I couldn't help but catch my secretary, Rebecca, giving Leah a look of disgust that I didn't appreciate and when she noticed me looking at her, she smirked trying to make it seductive, which disgusted me even more. I gave Rebecca a warning look, to leave Leah alone. I turned around and followed my wife-to-be into my office and shut the door, leaving us alone in here.
