Epilogue

7 years later

"Chase! Hurry or we'll be late!" I said as I clipped my bracelet on my wrist and then my necklace before spritzing myself with my favorite perfume, one Chase had given me last Christmas that smelled heavenly

"In a minute, babe!" he yelled from the bathroom, I rolled my eyes playfully before slipping my heels on and stepping out of the room to find my purse I was taking to Ashley and Daniel's rehearsal dinner.

After Daniel and I broke up, Chase and I tried to take our time with things before we stepped again into a relationship, regardless of our feelings, I really felt like if we screwed up that time that it would be the end for us, eventually, after a lot of hard work, it paid off and to this day we are still together and crazy about each other. We got married two years ago back home with our family and closest friends, it was a small ceremony but it was really all I wanted.

As for Daniel, he met Ashley about 6 years ago and they clicked instantly, he was skeptical about it, as was she, because they thought it would be awkward, but I was really persistent that I was fine with it, that it wasn't about me and that if they wanted to give it a shot to not waste the perfect opportunity, because I know I wasted a lot of them in my time. They got engaged shortly after our wedding and were now about to get married and were expecting.

Jase and Zoe also had their little story, their relationship was rocky at the start, because they wanted to jump straight into it without really getting to know each other, but eventually they made it work and were now married with a gorgeous little baby girl named Jessalyn.

Chase and I had also talked about kids a couple times, seeign as our Friends were already on that path, but I really saw no rush to it, I was 25 and fresh out of my career; after graduating from Juilliard I went on to studying Music Phsychology which was really great for me, I had my own office where I held my sessions and was perfectly happy with it. Chase also suceeded greatly in football, after college he received many offers from the NFL asking him to join various teams, he eventually made his decisión and chose the Carolina Panthers because it was close to home.

You could say that my life from my senior year of high school to my freshman year of college was a whole blur of emotions all rolled into one, but I really don't think I'd want it any other way, because I made great friednships out of it and found my one true love, even after all the things we've been through, but together.

"I'm ready!" Chase's voice siaf as his footsteps echoed through our house as he descended the stairs, I made my way over to him and giggled when I saw his tie was all crooked, I shook my head at him as I reached my hand out to fix it and he glanced down and pouted before looking up at me "I really thought I did it right this time." he whined

"I've taught you like five times, Chase!" I laughed and he smirked at me as my hands made my way up to his tie and undoing it and then redoing it.

"Maybe I just like it when you feel me up." he whispered into my ear and I blushed before slapping his shoulder and raising my eyebrow at him as I pointed my finger at him

"Do not start." I warned "We're already late as it is." I said and he rolled his eyes playfully

"Hey." he said as he brougnt his hand up to my chin and lifted it so I could meet his gaze, he looked deeply into my eyes with a gaze filled with such love, it still managed to make my knees go a Little weak sometimes "You look beautiful." he said before kissing my cheek, lingering there for a couple seconds "As always." he added a I smiled softly at him

"And you." I said with a smile "So handsome." I said before straightening his tie and letting it go, examining it to see if it was right, I smiled in satisfaction "As always." I mocked in a playful tone, he smirked as he brought his lips to mine and gave me one soft kiss

"I love you, Ava Grace." he whispered and I sighed into his neck

"And I you, Chase Harper." I answered in a whisper "Always and forever."

So Awkward is finally over! :( It really saddens me that I won't be writing this story anymore because I was really starting to grow really fond of all the characters, but I'm not big on Sequels because I feel that if a story ends where it should be that you shouldn't extend it more than necessary, so there will be NO SEQUEL. And even if this isn't as popular as I would've liked, it's a huge accomplishment for me beacsue I really improved my writing comparing to when I started, so I'm proud of this story because of it, because it made my love for writing grow and I grew as a writer. So thanks to the people who read it :) I really appreciate it! xx
