Masky, that jackass. They only talked once, but I know what he wants from them. He's also a junkie, he's arguably worse than Hoodie. Being his supplier and all. He's a big fan of [Name]. I once caught him in his room ranting to a picture of them printed on a piece of paper- taped to a pillow. Talking about what he thinks about BENs relationship with the boss. Pretty sure he just wants another rant buddy.

All of these people are in my- our way. I know I'm mostly passive. But I'm not risking leaving [Name] alone with these assholes. Ever.

Your POV

E.J hands me the plate, and I start to dig in when I'm once again interrupted.

"𝐎𝐌𝐆! 𝐈 𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐀 𝐉𝐎𝐊𝐄! 𝐄.𝐉 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋!" I turn my head towards the door frame that connects to the kitchen. In it there are two- BEAUTIFUL WOMEN!!! I almost topple out of my chair. Honestly, I just prefer women over men. In total, I've killed more men than women.

"Um." The two women turn their heads my way. "Howdy. I'm [Na-"

"𝐀𝐇𝐇𝐇! 𝐎𝐡- 𝐈'𝗺 𝐬𝗼 𝐬𝗼𝐫𝐫𝐲. 𝐌𝐲 𝐧𝐚𝗺𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞! 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝗼𝐟 𝐲𝗼𝐮𝐫𝐬!"

"Really! I can't believe I'm meeting so many today. How are you today?"

"𝐄𝐡𝐡𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐡𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐡! 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝗺𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝗼𝐰 𝐈'𝗺 𝐝𝗼𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐇𝗼𝐰 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝗼𝐮? 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝗼𝐮 𝗼𝐤𝐚𝐲? 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐲𝗼𝐮 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭?"

"Hm? Ah, no! They have been quite kind to me!"

The two pretty women in front of me talk between each other in whispers- starring at me every once in a while.

"𝖧𝖾𝗒, 𝗎𝗆. 𝖮𝗁- 𝗆𝗒 𝗇𝖺𝗆𝖾𝗌 𝖭𝖺𝗍𝖺𝗅𝗂𝖾, 𝖺𝗇𝖽... 𝖨 𝗃𝗎𝗌𝗍 𝗁𝖺𝗏𝖾 𝗍𝗈 𝖺𝗌𝗄, 𝗐𝗁𝗈 𝗁𝖺𝗏𝖾 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝗆𝖾𝗍 𝗌𝗈 𝖿𝖺𝗋?"

"I've met, Brian, Masky, Toby, and BEN. Oh, and of course my new roomate- E.J!" BEN shivers when I say his name, and E.J stiffens.

"𝖣𝖺𝗆𝗇! 𝖧𝗈𝗐 𝖼𝗈𝗆𝖾 𝗇𝗈 𝗈𝗇𝖾 𝗌𝖺𝗂𝖽 𝖺𝗇𝗒𝗍𝗁𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖺𝖻𝗈𝗎𝗍 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝖻𝖾𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗁𝖾𝗋𝖾?! 𝖨'𝖽 𝗅𝗂𝗄𝖾 𝗍𝗈 𝗍𝗁𝗂𝗇𝗄 𝗂𝗍'𝗌 𝖻𝗂𝗀 𝗇𝖾𝗐𝗌!"

"Is it?"

"𝖸𝖤𝖲! 𝖸𝗈𝗎'𝗋𝖾 𝗅𝗂𝗄𝖾 𝖺 𝖼𝖾𝗅𝖾𝖻𝗋𝗂𝗍𝗒 𝗁𝖾𝗋𝖾! 𝖤𝗏𝖾𝗋𝗒𝗈𝗇𝖾 𝗂𝗇 𝗍𝗁𝗂𝗌 𝗁𝗈𝗎𝗌𝖾 𝗂𝗌 𝗌𝗎𝗉𝖾𝗋 𝖾𝗑𝗂𝗍𝖾𝖽 𝗍𝗈 𝗆𝖾𝖾𝗍 𝗒𝗈𝗎. 𝖠 𝖿𝖾𝗐 𝗌𝖾𝖼𝗈𝗇𝖽𝗌 𝖺𝗀𝗈 𝖳𝗈𝖻𝗒 𝗐𝖺𝗌 𝖻𝗋𝖺𝗀𝗀𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖺𝖻𝗈𝗎𝗍 𝗁𝗈𝗐 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝗍𝗋𝖾𝖺𝗍𝖾𝖽 𝗁𝗂𝗌 𝗐𝗈𝗎𝗇𝖽𝗌." The pair giggles to each other, obviously finding Toby's antics amusing.

...

Jane, Natalie, and BEN leave the room after E.J makes them leave, claiming that 'they're making me nervous' sadly, it's the truth. They're quite difficult to talk to. They kept asking me questions. 'What's your favorite____?', 'How old are you?', 'What do you think about ___?'. I don't mind answering, it's just hard to remember. Especially the age part. Most serial killers don't have birthday parties anymore.

I slowly chew on my meal as E.J sits on my left.

"I'd like it if you didn't call me 'E.J'."

"What would you like to be called then?"

"You.. gosh. Just call me Jack, okay? E.J is a crud nickname the others made for me. So, please- call me Jack from now on. Even in front of others."

"Sure, Jack."

Jack ducks his upper body under the table, and wraps his large arms around my waist. Nudging his head on my stomach. I pat his head in an attempt to get him off of me. But, he only pushed himself further into me.

"You alright Jack?"

"I'm fine. I'm just tired. It's pretty late. Yeah?" I can tell he's lying, but don't pay too much attention to it. This is probably just how he shows his affection.

I look outside, it's plitch black. Yikes! I pick myself up and allow Jack to lead me back to our room.

...

I walk in and leave the door open for Jack.

"I'm sorry... I didn't get any of your clothes. We can go on a trip to your place later. For now, you can just wear some of my clothes."

Jack's POV

I take one of my smaller hoodies out of my top drawer and hand it to [Name]. I think hard before picking out an old pair of grey sweatpants, handing that to [Name] also. I tend to grow in large amounts. This pair was from a year ago, and I've already outgrown it. Boss says I'm done, but I can't help but take notice to the new shirt I bought already start to ride up my abdomen.

They walk off into their abyss of a room before reamearging in the outfit I picked out. C̶u̶t̶e̶.

They stay in their glass enclosure before waving at me. I wave back and they leave.

I feel.... anxious. I'm upset that they didn't want to sleep with me. But, I suppose they still want their privacy. They'll come around eventually. I'm also happy about how today went. So much progress! They talk to me like I'm normal- and not some 7ft demon spawn.

Maybe they should be a little bit more scared. This house is hell on Earth. The people in here like them, that's for sure. But, a bunch of mentally unwell individuals liking the same person at the same time- doesn't go so well.

There have been debates before- '[Name] would like me more cause ____' or '[Name] would rather be my roommate than _____'. The people here have the most petty arguments about [Name] I've ever seen.

I can't wait to show them more tomorrow.

Your POV.

I swear to Athena. I'm going to go on a murder spree. This place is trash- I shouldn't think like that. These people are nice enough to not try to attack me on sight.

Jack... why did he need me to be here? Sure, it's cool to have met some fans but... how does he know me? Was he asked to kidnap me? To be nice to me?

I think I'd cry if he said that he was told to do all of this. I'm starting to see him as a potential friend- I don't want that to be ruined. Honesty, if he was asked- I wouldn't care. At least someone is being nice to me. Finally.
