Y/N Pov, Whithill Village, 2300 hours

After accepting the request of the town's defense, i gather 155 men to repel the evil that sought to terrorize the innocents and there where we lay in wait for any monsters that dares attack brave or foolish enough to show themselves against us

Sitting down on the town's fountain, i had my arms crossed while i struggle to keep my eyes awake from how tired i was in being a commander and directing something i never had anything done before

A figure approach me and saw a woman in church's clothing, a beautiful nun with dark hair and green eyes approaches me

Nun: Excuse me, i hope im not interrupting you

Y/N: Huh? Oh, no, you arent interrupting anything, madam

Nun: I see...the town is a bit unnerved from what had happened in the previous week and they fear that 155 soldiers are not enough to defend our town

Y/N: Dont worry about it, you have my word

Nun: Before i go, may i know your name and your band of soldiers? Are you mercenaries perhaps?

Y/N: Well...umm, i-i guess you can say that

I scratch my chin trying to come up with something and i decide to tell her some of the truth

Y/N: I am commander Y/N, and my men and women are a group called "Britannia"

Nun: Britannia...that sounds a holy name if you ask me. Well, commander Y/N, i pray for your safety and may the Lord guide you in these dark times

Y/N: I appreciate it, Sister. You can rely on Britannia

The nun turns back around and went back inside the church while my drowsiness came back and my eyes gets heavier by the second as the calming sounds of camp fire crackling made me fall asleep

0530 Hours

I was awoken by the sound of a musical instrument playing and as i realize i fell asleep, my body shot back up and calmed down moments later after finding out my surroundings werw the same as before

As for the instrument playing, i saw a man in a kilt playing the bagpipes as a waking call for the soldiers who were asleep. The soldiers soon woke up one by one by the sound of the bagpipe's melody of Scotland the Brave

Standing up to stretch my arms and legs before i can hear the faint sound ot a roar that shooked the entire company. Havent even eating breakfast, all of the soldiers went to their defensive positions, manning the machine guns and aiming their sights into the clearing

A number of sections climbs up the roofs of houses to get a better elavation while our tanks prepares their cannons in anticipation of an enemy attack

Vul's Army

Vul smiles menacingly as he looks upon his army of monsters that can overwhelm the puny 155-manned defenders of Whithill. A huge number or Orcs were the main force with a handful of variants of Orcish species and Goblins with an additional 10ft tall Ogre and Cylcops

Many lesser monster species snarls in excitement as their bloodlust were leaking out which made Vul even more confident

Vul: Foolish unarmored soldiers in brown clothing. You shall feel the wrath of my monsters. 3,500 monsters will swarm you without mercy. Charge my beasts! Let those foolish soldiers who they're messing with!

The beasts made a large roar that echoes in a large area, enough to intimidate those who are not brave enough to even dare come close to the large and muscular orcs
