and i still foolishly picked you
because a part of me wanted it to be you.
even though i knew deep down
you weren't meant to be mine,
you didn't care for me like i cared for you,
cause it was her you cared for.
she was your home,
and yeah maybe my home was also another
but i still foolishly wished it was you instead.
