When paths collide (Luffy X Reader)

Chapter 14

It's been a couple of hours since Luffy defeated Wapple. Vivi and the others had come up the mountain in hopes that me and the rest of the crew were up here and safe.

I'm still trying to get Dr kureha to let me leave so we can get to Alabasta but she won't give in.

Sanji was also still recovering from a broken back. Which I'm surprised that he's not paralyzed since he kept getting sit on by Dr kureha in attempts to stop him from running around and fighting.

Im able to walk around now and go talk to sanji and the others but I can't leave the castle. I was on my way to talk to chopper when I walked past the cafeteria and saw Luffy stuffing his face.

"Luffy! Stop eating all of their food!" I yelled at him

"I'm so hungryyyyyy" he said in a whiny voice

"I will make you a small snack! But no more!" I said

"Yay!" He said

I walked to the fridge to pull out some turkey and lettuce and some cheese. I went to the pantry and grabbed the bread. When I finished the sandwich I went to grab some sausages because I know Luffy won't eat any greens but hopefully he will eat the lettuce in the sandwich.

"Here" I said as I put the plate down in front of him

He had stars in his eyes as he starts eating the sausage first.

"You better eat the lettuce with the sandwich Luffy." I said to him while I crossed my arms

"Fine" he said but then continued eating

I decided I should make everyone something to eat since sanji is in bed resting.

I made more sandwich's and had Luffy help me carry them. I told him if he doesn't eat there food I will make him a very delicious steak for dinner and with a side of any kind of meat he chooses.

But that didn't stop him from drooling over them. I brought Nami and Vivi theirs while Luffy brought usopp and Kureha theirs. I also had waters for them.

"Who said you can use our kitchen" Dr kureha said

"I did. I also wanted to thank you. For everything you have done for us. If you hadn't helped me I would be dead" I said as I bowed in front of her while still holding the other two sandwiches.

"Don't mention it. But could I ask you for a favor?" She said

"Sure" I said with a smile

"Two things. First Give me half of your food supplies and booze. Second take chopper with you" she said

"Half of our food supplies?" I said confused

"Want me to take all of your food supplies?" She said

"No and We were already planning on taking chopper with us" I said

"Good" she said and turned back to usopp to continue their conversation

Me and Luffy started to walk to sanji's room. When I got there I saw chopper checking on him.

"Hey chopper" I said with a big smile

Chopper turns around and squeals as if he just saw a ghost. He attempts to hide but does it backwards.

"Chopper no need to hide anymore. I think from the fight y'all just had you should be able to trust us now" I said

"Your right" he said as he came out

He then walked towards me and put his hoof on my forehead.

"Your fever is gone but I'd still be careful. The poison is still in your veins. Give it another day or two" he said while going to get a sandwich from Luffy who was basically drooling over them
