He walked by the stretcher as he looked at the person lying on it with teary eyes holding the person's hand
"Keep your eyes open" Was all he said as he desperately tried to keep the person awake. Soon the doctor, nurses and the patient disappeared in the operation theatre making him stop at the closed door
He paced in front of the operation theatre as he looked at the door with desperate eyes. His condition disheveled. Hairs a mess. Eyes bloodshot red. The whole corridor was silent as everyone's face was itched with fear
"This is all my fault"
"All my damn fault"
He kept mumbling like a mantra. A lone tear made its way out of his eyes as he bit his lip to stop his sobs...
The room of the OT opened and doctor walked out with nurses following him. His face didn't do any justice to dylan since the doctor himself looked sad and worried.
And the doctor's next sentence broke him
"We are sorry"
As soon as those words left the Doctor's mouth all hell broke loose
