6: •The aftermath•

I graze my hand over my chin. I can still feel the bruise from when that guy gripped it. I move my head down slightly as I enter the building.

"Hey z. You okay?" Lita asks as we head to my locker. I look at her with a small smile.

"Yeah i'm fine." I nudge her shoulder in a teasing manner, trying not to show weakness.

"Oh I almost forgot to tell you." Lita says as we start walking to our classes.

"You and my mom have that in common." I say with a laugh.

"Okay.. We'll I wanted to say that Ty is going to be looking around for you during school. Apparently he needs to talk to you about something."

Why would he be looking for me?

What does he need to talk to me about?

"Did he mention to you why he wanted to talk to me?" I ask and stop. Lita and I have different first period classes and we were outside of mine, but I wanted to continue our conversation.

"No. But you better tell me when it happens." She says with a smile on her face. I sigh and nod. She walks down the hall and to her class while I walk into mine.

I sit in my seat and look out the window. I'm just minding my own business until I hear someone sit in the desk next to mine. I take a chance and glance over. Of course, it had to be the blonde girl that was making out with Ty.

"Hi i'm Alisha." The girl says. I look over at her and nod.

"I'm Anelzee." I give her a tight lipped smile. She laughs a little and looks ahead of her. Whats so funny about my name? I know its unique, but I like it.

A few minutes go bye before she starts to talk again.

"You seem to be getting close with Ty and his friends." She looks at me with a smirk on her face. What is she up to?

"Uhm. Not really." I say.

"Well either way, can you stop talking to my man." She accuses.

"Who Jessi? He has a boyfriend, so i'm pretty sure he is not yours." I laugh. She rolls her eyes.

"No. Not the blue haired freak. Ty, he is mine." My eyes widen at the fact that she called Jessi a blue haired freak.

"First of all, you cant tell me what to do. Second, Jessi is not a blue haired freak. He is a great guy and he can get a lot more guys than you could." I roll my eyes and get up, grabbing all of my stuff and moving to a seat next to a different girl.

"Mrs. Cruise, what are you doing?" The teacher asks.

"I just had to move. Alisha over there was distracting me." I smile and look over at Alisha, the glare she has on her face is priceless. It looks like her eyes are about to turn into lasers, like Ikaris from the eternals.

The day has went on. I had second period and fourth period with Ty. But both periods he didn't try to talk to me. Did Lita lie?

As i'm walking to lunch I feel someone pull me into a classroom.

"What the heck-" I say. I turn around abruptly and stare at my kidnapper.

"Was that really needed?" I say and glare at Ty.

"Yes. I wanted to give this back." He reaches his hand out. I look down at his hand and see my phone.

"Oh my god. Where did you find it?" I smile as I take my phone. He leans against the wall of the classroom we are in.

"The grass in the front yard at the party. I think you dropped it when I was escorting you out of the party." He says. I am instantly reminded of what happened at the party and I shudder a bit.
