Hey guys it's the author here.
I haven't updated this book for a while so I'm gonna list a few reasons why.
1. I get unmotivated sometimes. I don't have a great attention span, so I keep ignoring this book. There's not been an update for so long because I get writers block. Especially when it comes to killing game books.
2. It blew up a lot. Thank you so much for 3k+ reads, but I was not expecting this book to get so popular, which is why I don't update a lot. Thanks though! :)
3. I don't prioritise this book. It's a little hard to write sometimes and my other books get way more priority.
4. I'm not as big of a CR fan as I used to be. I'm not saying I dislike it, it's just not as strong as it used to be. I can't even remember the last time I was excited for something. The only cookie that brought me joy when announced was Cherry Blossom joining Kingdom. Ovenbreak is probably my favourite out of the two, but Kingdom's still good. But when new cookies get announced for Ovenbreak my reaction's normally just 'Eh, whatever. I hope their skill is fun.'
Not saying I don't like them, I just don't care much about them.
And 5. My plans were way too extreme for it. This book will definitely be finished one day. But the other books I had planned? No, too much for me. When I finish this book I'll post the death order for the other books that are cancelled because I don't want to write them. And if any talented baguette wants to make their own continuation of the story I won't stop them. Go ahead :)
This book isn't discontinued or anything, it's just going to need a small break so I can focus on other books. Thank you for reading and I hope you understand.
