Torn String.

A new start.

Levi woke up to a call from the hospital.

He answered the phone and was devastated when he found out that his dad had gotten into a terrible car crash and that he had been sent to the hospital.

Levi's parents were in LA and Levi was in New York.

Levi thanked the doctors for calling and hung up.

He sat down on his bed and sighed.
He had a few tear drops fall and he wiped them away as he went to the living room to find Amber.

Amber was sitting on the couch watching Tv and saw that Levi seemed upset, "Are you ok?" Amber concernedly asked.

"My dad got in a car crash and is in the hospital." Levi mumbled, wiping his eyes.

Amber got up and hugged levi to comfort him.

"I'm really sorry about that Levi ." Amber said.

"I have fly to go visit him."

Amber smiled and helped him look at flight tickets.

"Levi are you sure about this? Your parents are abusive." Amber asked.

"Yeah I'm not really sure about what I'm doing but he's still my dad and to be honest I do still love my parents after everything they've done." Levi tried to hold back tears.

Amber gave him another hug and let him cry in her arms.

Levi finished packing and Amber drove him to the airport.

They arrived and he hugged her goodbye and went to go check in for his flight.

Water dripped down from Ambers eyes to her jawline as Levi left.

Levi's flight was called and he went to go board the plane.

He sighed as he stared out the window as the plane took off.

Levi arrived in LA and got an Uber to meet his family.

Levi finally got to his old childhood home and anxiety built up inside him as he rang the doorbell.

His older sister opened the door.

"Levi!"

"Lisa!"

They pulled in for a big hug and lisa welcomed Levi in.

Levi was met with a tight squeeze from his little sister Lilian.

"Levi oh my god I haven't seen you in so long!" She said.

"I missed you lilan!" Levi messed up her hair and tickled her.

Lilian started giggling and pushed him off.

He walked to the kitchen and saw his mother.

"Hey mom..!" Levi awkwardly said.

"Hello Levi." She said sternly.

She had a bottle of wine in her hand and she looked like she hadn't slept in ages.

Levi went to his old room.

When he opened the door and was hit by nostalgia.

It was his old bedroom.

Levi was amazed that nothing had changed since he moved out.

He set down his bags and went downstairs.
