01. introduction

if trigger warnings are needed, they will be put at the beginning of each chapter.

this story takes place in 1986, after season 3 and around the beginning of when season 4 would've started.

here, after the gate was closed in the lab it didn't appear again, and that was the actual ending of the upside down. (yes, hopper survived & no one moved)

steve & eddie are both seniors and robin's a junior, steve's 18, robin's 17, and eddie's 19. (he only got held back 1 year)

there will be no character deaths in this, because after vol 2 it hurts way too much— (but no promises on there not being angst, i live off that)
