"yes. do you have any more questions?" jisoo whipped her head up then glance at me. tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.
"actually my friend here wants to join dance club." my eyes went wide sa biglang sinabi ni jisoo.
"the fuck?" is my initial reaction to jisoo.
"come on dude. there's no harm in trying." jisoo said. matagal na niya akong pinipilit na sumali pero i don't have time for that shit.
"uhm actually hindi ako ang naghahandle sa dance club." pareho kaming napatingin ni jisoo nang biglang magsalita si jennie.
"but kai is my friend so i can talk to him for you kung interested ka..." she trails off, looking at me with question. and then i realize what she's doing. she's silently asking for my name.
she doesn't know my name.
for some reason, that realization slightly pissed me off. she's friendly with everyone. she even knows jisoo's name pero hindi niya ako kilala?
why the fuck am i bothered over that information? maybe because i'm sure i'm also quite popular in our campus so knowing the friendliest person in this place doesn't know my name, irritated me.
jisoo cough next to me. she probably see the deep frown on my face while staring at jennie so she jumps in our conversation.
"she's interested jennie! kunin na lang siguro namin number nung friend mo para maitext niya."
"sure. where's your phone?" she look at me carefully while waiting. i calmed myself before pulling out my phone and giving it to her. i watch jennie type the number before returning it to me.
"here." she smiled and i stop myself from staring too much.
"pasensiya ka na may hangover." jisoo told jennie and the latter just smiled.
"see you around guys." she did a little wave before walking away.

"siguro let's try searching more for other ideas. if you have any suggestions—" kai paused when his phone suddenly chimed. he pick it up to check, his mouth forming into a smile almost immediately.
"huwag kayong mahiya ishare. your ideas are always welcome." he finished after typing on his phone.
"meeting adjourned." he then said before walking towards the door. i sigh and pull out my phone. joining the dance club isn't actually that bad. there's an upcoming dance contest in 3 months so we started brainstorming for ideas.
i heard a familiar voice which cut me off my musings. napatingin ako sa pintuan and saw jennie hugging kai. my forehead crinkled.
i watch jennie smile brightly while conversing with kai. she then glance at us.
"hi guys!" she beamed. almost everyone's mood in the office brightened up with jennie's presence. i heard different greetings to jennie. kai touch her arm to get her attention again.
"mag-shota ba sila?" tanong ko kay ryujin dahil siya ang pinakamalapit sa akin.
"ewan. pero rinig ko nanliligaw si kai."
"pero si jennie sumusundo sakanya?" nakakunot noo na tanong ko. natawa si ryujin.
"they're probably going to church. it's thursday anyway." singit ni seulgi sa usapan namin. may binigay siya kay ryujin.
