I am a broken refugee
Like all refugees
My story started with tragedy
I wasn't asked to be born a refugee
But life always has its own opinion
It destroyed my almost perfect life
And gave me a life were I am always looking over my shoulder
Afraid that if I don't I'll get hurt
I have gotten used to the
Stares and stigmatization I receive
But it doesn't make it feel any less hurtful
This is my life as a refugee
