George.

"Your daughter is my girlfriend, sir."

This phrase was on repeat inside my whole system. Good thing he just smiled and said that we'll talk about it later. I turned around and glared at him who is currently looking at me with a half-smile on his face.

"Woah. Pressy, hindi kayo legal?"

"Our president is not that innocent pala." i heard them say.

"Can you leave us two muna? We have something to talk about." i said with a calm voice. I even smiled at them.

"Sige sure!"

The eye contact did not break until i heard door closing.

"Let me explain." ani ko saka tumayo mula sa pagkakahiga.

Nagsimula akong mag-explain about why I did it. I'm not sure if he is listening since he just stared at me with his arms crossed, slightly leaning on a table, while i'm explaining things to him. Edi waw talaga.

"So? What's your plan?" tanong ko rito. Mas maganda siguro if he'll decide for us since nakikisabay naman din siya.

He stood properly and narealize ko how tall he is. Hanggang shoulder lang ako! He leaned closer me, still crossing his arms and whispered.

"Let's keep it that way."

Tinitigan ko ito, with a confuse look.

"Keep it that way?"

"Yeah."

"Bale hindi natin sasabihin kunwari na break na tayo?"

"Nope."

"But why? don't you have a girlfriend? ayokong maging third party." and there we go with his half smile again.

"Yeah..." i was taken a back nang ilapit niya ang kanyang mukha sa akin.

"..and she's really pretty." i mean is he talking about me.

"It's fine.  I can benefit from it. Tell them what you want to tell them. We'll pretend when they're around." i just nodded. Nakita kong binitbit nito ang aking bag.

"Let's go if you're okay." i just nodded saka naglakad.

"I'll hold your hands if that's okay." hindi ako nakapagsalita kaya i just nodded. Myghad. This will be the first time someone will hold my hand. I felt his hand interlocked with mine which makes me feel that i have an upset stomach.

He opened the door. Thankfully, wala mashadong studyante since may pasok na. Since I'm a little bit light headed, i'm gaining support by holding his hand.

"I'm just here for the paper works. I took tri-semester." I nodded as a response. Naupo rin siya and began reading the project proposals na hindi ko pa din nachecheck.

We stayed silent from a while. I decided to check my phone.

My eyes went bulge when I saw the picture. It is a photo of us walking hand in hand. Like a cue, I saw my father's text. Telling me to go home after the class ended since we have something to talk about.

--

It is lunch time and no sign of my fake boyfriend in the cafeteria. I decided to eat my lunch at peace but olivienne interrupted.

"Miss pressy." napatingin ako sakanya.

"Hindi mo ba aayain si Mr. President?"

I glance at all of them and they are staring at me. Waiting for my reply.

"Ahh, haha. Sabi niya wala daw siyang gana eh."

They all nodded like a child. Hindi na ako nagsalita saka kumain ulit. I planned to go home na din since na-announce sa amin na magself study ngayon and i'm excused too dahil sa nangyari.

I excused myself after i'm done eating.

"You did not invite me to lunch." Nalingon ko siya. He is still on the same table.

I was just ashamed to invite him to lunch so i bought him some.

"I'll go home early. I'll talk to dad to settle this matter. Text me if u need anything about sa council." i turned my back started to walk when i felt his hand on my arm.

"Hatid na kita."

--

Nakarating kami sa bahay after 20 minutes. I thanked him which he did not respond, i just feel tired after all of that so hindi ko na din pinansin. Pumasok ako sa loob ng bahay. I was greeted by my mother's warm embrace.

"Anak, how are you? may masakit ba sayo?" oh right. hindi niya pala alam yung nangyari sa school.

"Nope. Pagod lang ako and I have something to review pa. I'll go up na po." I kissed her on the cheeks. I laid in bed probably because of pagod. Hindi ko namalayang nakatulog ako.

I woke because of a knock. I opened it and saw my father. Pumasok siya at we sat on my coffee table.

"So what was that all about?"

I began to explain why i did that. Thankfully he understands naman tho i received some sermon and some advices.

"Just take care anak. You'll never know when you'll fall." that's his last sentence before going out of my bedroom. I took a quick shower before sleeping again.

I woke up with rumbling stomach. I glanced at the clock 2am kaya i decided to have something. Nagtimpla ako ng energen and paired with a sandwich.

Its open. I made my way there and I noticed something.

"Bat wala yung kotse ni papa?" I muttered. Baka sa labas nagpark?

I closed the door and locked it.

Napakunot noo ako nang mapansing new number ito.

[Send me the details about the charity work next month. - zav]

I saved his number and quickly replied.

[I'll give the hard copy tomorrow]

Not a minute passed by, i received a reply and the conversation carried on like this.

[Why are you still awake?]

[Cause I'm not asleep?]

[haha very funny]

[Thanks]

[Anyway, I have a favor to ask. I'll just tell you later.]

[okiee, i'm kinda sleepy now]

[goodnight girlfriend.]

[likewise boyfriend.]

Napasimangot ako. Di man lang ako pinigilan? teka. I finished my drink and brushed my teeth.
