Unfortunately the tierlist doesn't include side characters so. yeah. (there are quite a few side characters though so understandable) (Rook and Princess Diamond for sure go in the second tier)
This doesn't really rank them from most liked to least liked??? My brain doesn't work like that. But this should give you a general idea of how I feel about them (hence the category names).
So for example, even though Shieldy is the top tier, he's not my absolute favorite. He just makes me really happy :] Hence the name Condensed Serotonin. Shieldy is just concentrated happiness. Friend shaped <3
Everyone in the second tier is true to the category name; they just make me go "AAAAA <3" when I see them because I love them sm. Scissors not so much, but she's there because I love her and think she deserves good friends :)
Third tier people I still love, but I call them assholes because they kind of are sometimes lol. Pizza isn't REALLY an asshole, but I call him one because I find it funny. Popsicley is also kind of debatable, but I like her outside of the whole thing between her and Shelly.
Fourth tier people I don't have any strong feelings about, but in general I do like them. Boombox and BOC are cool, Pinecone is e h in regards to canon, but Anko's comment about possible Pinecone development in ep14 gives me some hope :0
