CHAPTER 8- TRUTH OUT?

The story begins with a guy sitting in the balcony watching the moon, he is busy in his own thoughts. A woman in a silk robe watches him from a distance and goes to him. She hugs him from behind and gives him a kiss on his cheek. He holds her hand and makes her sit beside him and puts his arm over her shoulder.

GIRL: Kya hua moon ko aise kya dekh rahe ho

GUY: Kuch nahi bass aise hi

GIRL: DEV Kya hua, tum tum aaj kal bilkul khoye khoye ho

DEV: Sonakshi mera bhai mera bhai kaha hoga I just have no clue tum samajh nahi rahi ho

SONAKSHI: Dev, we've been married for 8 years now Kavin mera bhi bhai hai uski fikar mujhe bhi hai

(Yes Kavin is Dev's younger brother)

DEV: Bachpan se maine Kavin ko akele nahi chodo woh mere liye ekdum bacche jaisa hai

SONAKSHI: I know Dev humare log usse dhund rahe hai

DEV: hmm

Sonakshi holds his hand and comforts him, she knows that they can't sit quietly and have to find him.

The scene shifts to bureau, in the morning the door opens...

VOICE: Inspector DUSHYANT reporting Sir!

VOICE: Inspector KAVIN reporting Sir!

ABHIJEET: Welcome to CID Mumabi

DAYA: Kavin...

KAVIN: Ji sir

Just then ACP Enters...

ACP: Aaj humare bureau mein do naye officers aaye hai Welcome to CID Mumbai, Daya Abhijeet aur baaki sab zara mere cabin mein aao

ACP tells everyone something and they all carefully listen except for Kavin, Dushyant and Yash as Kavin and Dushyant were new and Yash was in the washroom. All were a little shocked after listening to what ACP told them. After that Daya was supposed to teach Kavin his work while Sachin was showing  Dushyant his work. 

DAYA: Toh samajh gaye na Kavin

KAVIN: Ji sir

DAYA: Waise Kavin tum mujhe nahi pehechaante kya

KAVIN: Jaanta hu na

DAYA (happily): Jaante ho

KAVIN: Haan sir aapko aur abhijeet sir ko kaun nahi jaanta... aap sab itna great aur brave joh ho
