I'm petaling as fast as I can to school.
I'm not gonna get a chance to walk with
Max but luckily, Max is in my first period.
I walk into the class and look Max's
Direction and see a crying Max sitting
At her desk. Mrs. Smith started her
stupid lesson so I didn't have time
to ask her what had happened.
I see max raise her hand and Mrs. Smith
Call on her. "Yes Maxine?" Mrs. Smiths says
Softly. Mrs.smith is the best teacher besides
Mr. Clarke in my opinion. "May I go to the
bathroom" Max says still looking down.
"Yes you can!" Mrs. smith says. I see max
Get up from her desk and quietly walk toward
The door. I see Mike following her every move
till she's no longer in his eye sight. And Will and Dustin exchanging looks.
I sit in class and worry about Max.
I wonder what happened. Before I knew
It was the end of class and Max had
Just came back.
Mike once again following Her every
move. Mrs. Smith explained the
Homework, and then the bell ring with
Kids rushing out the room.
" Max what happened?" I say calmly.
"Nothing Lucas" Max says. "Just tell
me I'm here to listen" I say. I see max
Freeze and then continue.
"Troy broke My goddamn headphones
for my Walkman And I blew up on him and I don't have money to buy new ones" max says.
"Troy is so annoying god" I say back.
"How about we go to Starcourt this new
mall after school with the whole party"
I suggest."sure!" Max says smiling."what
Time though?" Max asked "4:30" I
Reply back as we walk into second period.
