The death of Sasha Jones went around fast. Though, Terrence never told anyone. Takia and her mother made it known, once they stated that they were suing the hospital. Terrence have been earning calls from everyone. Magazine companies, his co-workers, even Sasha's pastor. Weeks passed, and Terrence finally got a call for him to come to the clinic for the DNA results.

His body grew cold all over. Now that he has a chance to get the results, he don't even want them at all. He just want the baby, and move forward with his life. Terrence grabbed his keys, and locked the house up. Sasha's funeral would be taking place next week at the church she attends. Everyone suppose to be there. It's the event in Baltimore.

Terrence POV

I took a huge gulp out of my sparkling cider, and locked the car.Today is the day to find out is Onyx my baby or not. Now that I read Sasha's diary, there could be a chance that the baby isn't mines. But I have faith. I have faith in my heart that Onyx is my baby girl. I stepped inside the cool building, and went straight to the desk. My heart seems to be thumping louder than it usually do.

I went to the desk and cleared my throat, ''Terrence Howard. I'm here to pick up DNA results'' The lady that looked middle aged smiled, ''Okay sir, hold on just for a second'' She rolled to the side of her, with her rolling chair, and checked the file cabinets. Waiting, I tapped on the desk looking around the room.

It was young  girl, holding her baby in her lap. The baby is fast asleep, but I could tell something was wrong with the baby, not with the mom. ''Jamilia Anderson'', the nurse called out. The girl picked up her bag, and her baby and made her way towards the back of the room. Where's the father?, I wondered. Men just getting these women pregnant, and leaving them is just pathetic.

Have their mother taught them anything?

''Okay, your name Terrence Howard? Correct?'', she asked. I nod, and forced a smile, even though I wasn't in a smiling mood. She handed over the large orange envelope. ''Here you go sir. I hope everything goes well for you'' I chuckled a bit, realizing she's talking about the results. ''Yeah me too''

I never knew how heavy an envelope could feel. Seems like my life can change within seconds of me reading the results. I sighed, and took another sip of my drinking, making my way towards my car. Pressing the unlock button, I open the car, and sat in it. I put my drink in the cup holder, and held the envelope in my hands.

I sighed,''Okay Terrence'', I said to myself. ''Just open it'' My fingers suddenly feels weak, as I undid the envelope clip. I closed my eyes, and unfolded the paper. I counted to three.

1.

2..

3...

I opened my eyes, and read the paper. The paper that just changed my life. My vision soon became blurry.  Why?  Why did she string me along? Why did she have to do this to me? I threw the paper to the passenger side, and knealed my head on the stirring wheel, and cried. I can't even remember the last time I shed this much tears.

I'm hurt.

Everything just begin to flash right before my eyes. My engagement, my girlfriend, and now my baby. Sniffling, I wiped my tears, and grabbed my phone from out of my pocket.

I got to get in contact with these boys Sasha wrote about.
