"Who's throwing a party?" Tabitha asks.
"Larray. He asked if we wanted to come."
"Fuck yeah we wanna come."
Vinnie wraps one of his arms around my waist as Jacob speaks.
"I think I'm just gonna stay here."
"You can't just stay here!" Jake looks at him.
"If he wants to stay here let him stay." Vinnie says annoyed. I slap him in the arm.

After everyone expect Vinnie and I focrced Jacob to go to Larray's party we all hopped in cars and drove to the party.
Vinnie and I drove together. Luckily we were able to drive just the two of us.
Once we got there everyone flooded inside. Vinnie pulls me aside for a moment.
"Is everything okay love?"
"Yeah its just.." Vinnie pulls me close. "I love you, and if Jacob tries pulling anything I will literally kick is ass."
I kiss him to give his assurance.
"I won't let that happen okay? I love you too Vin."
We walk in and see people dancing, but also people making out and honestly probably having sex.
Vinnie takes my hand and we start to dance. I look over Vinnie's shoulder and see Jacob leaning against the wall with a beer. Vinnie whispers into my ear.
"If you want, maybe we can leave early and y'know."
I smirk and bite my lip a bit. This would be a big move for me. Why can't I get over the fact Jacob is alone.
"I'm down. Even though your not gonna like it, I'm gonna go talk to Jacob."
Vinnie looks at me annoyed.
"Okay Okay. I swear if he-"
I kiss him on the cheek.
"I know baby. I know."
He smiles as I walk over to Jacob. I pull a beer out of the cooler.
"I figured you wouldn't talk to me after the whole thing with me and Vinnie."
"Why wouldn't I? We are still friends, aren't we?"
"I mean yeah but I just figured you'd take Vinnie's side since y'know."
"I'm trying my hardest to stay mutual."
Jacob finishes off the can of beer before he turns to me.
"Did Vinnie tell you about the fight?"
"Yeah. He told me that you still are ' in love with me ' and stuff."
"I mean.. he's not wrong."
"But Jacob.."
"I know. Your with Vinnie."
I look over at Vinnie who is downing shots one by one.
"Holy shit." I run over to Vinnie who is waisted. Jacob follows behind.
"Vinnie- lay off the booze babe-"
"Syd? Is that you? If not you look just like my girlfriend who is in love with another man-"
"What? What are you talking about Vin?"
"I know your still in love with Jacob. You love me, but you still love him."
"Okay your clearly drunk. I'm gonna drive you home."

I lay him in my bed.
"I'm thinking that you should be with Jacob. Maybe we should breakup."
"Nope. Nope to both of those."
I hold back my tears knowing that he's drunk, but it still hurts to her him say it.
"Please Vin. Go to bed. We can talk about this in the morning okay?"
"I love you Sydney. Please don't leave me."
A tear falls from his eye. Drunk Vinnie was hard to understand. First he wants to dump me, then he loves me.
I kiss him.
