That day at the office both didn't talk to each other and came home in silence,they freshened up and Neet came in the kitchen

Arth was sitting in the hall searching for something to watch

Neet thought to make coffee so she started making coffee meanwhile Arth started watching TVD

He heard a screaming voice from the kitchen his calm expression changed into a horrified one as bad thoughts took over him, he immediately ran to the kitchen leaving everything at a side "Neet are you okay?!" Asked a worried Arth who was tensed that what if something happened to Neet the love of his life

Then he saw that the hot coffee was all over her, making her skin burn to hell as she was wincing in pain "Neet how the fuck this happened?!" He ran to her and wiped her tears "I don't know Arth I was making coffee and this happened" Neet said half crying

He picked her up and took her to their room "You go and take a cold shower it will help in easing the pain" Arth said not looking at her and she also looked down "Are you fine?" He asked and looked up in her eyes which were filled with tears,she shook her head in no

Arth just huffed and signalled her to go inside, she went inside took a cold shower and came out

"Now say what were you thinking about while making the coffee?" Arth asked and stood up stepping close to her

Neet looked down while shaking her head in no and took a step behind

"Mind being honest with me over here atleast" He said and stepped more close to her as she stepped back and bumped with the wall, now she was trapped in between him and the wall

"Arth-" There she started crying, he just huffed and pulled her in his warm embrace hugging her softly

She was crying so much "I don't know if I love you or not but I can't stay away from you..." She said as she hugged him back tightly "I can't bear to lose you" She said sobbing

He caressed her hairs soothingly

"Will you leave me?" She looked up at him "Will you get a divorce?" She asked as tears flow down her eyes

He just nodded not knowing what to say

"Art-"

"Neet not as husband-wife but as bffs we are always together" Arth said said pulled out from the hug

After six - seven days

Everything was very weird between them, they only talked about important things
Arth used to cry at nights and even Neet but maybe she still couldn't realise her love for him was increasing day by day

Right now Arth was sitting in his cabin when his lawyer called him

"Hello sir the divorce is a bit delayed because the judge is busy with other things and also because today is Sunday, so you have to wait for five days" The lawyer said, Arth huffed saying okay as he kept the call

Rina entered in his cabin

"Sid yaaar Neet is so sad!!" She said as she sat on the couch

"Let her be" Arth said as his eyes were fixed on his laptop screen

"Sid are you sure you want divorce?" Rina asked

"Ya, I am sure and you can go if you don't have any work" Arth said, Rina huffed and came out of his cabin

She went in Neet's cabin only too see her busy in her work too..

"Neeeet!!!" She chirped

"Ya Rina?" Neet said as her gaze was also fixed on the laptop screen

"Let's go shopping today just you, me and Sid" She said grinning

Neet thought for moment and said yes

Neet's pov

I don't want to go but I also don't want to make Rina sad she is so nice and also she said that she has a date tomorrow so maybe she wanted to go shopping for that only, but Arth will also be there ughh god *huffs*
