"Talk to me." He stroked her hair, making her shiver despite the weather.

"I—could you teach me how to play volleyball? I know I keep asking stuff from you but—"

"Absolutely! When do you wanna start?" he grinned, cupping her head in his hands. "Are you thinking of joining the girls' team?"

He was so sweet. What on earth had she done to deserve such a nice person? How did he exist? Let alone be lucky enough to exist here with her?

"I actually joined. Uhm...about two and a half weeks ago." She mumbled and Kuroo almost missed it. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner!" She bowed, feeling extra guilty about it now.

"You did?" He gaped, making her sweat-drop.

"How did you balance all that with school, hanging out with us and doing it unnoticed?? That's a superpower." He shook his head in disbelief.

"Y/n. I'm going to kill you." Kenma growled hyperventilating because of the long distance he'd just run to get there. They turned to him with amused expressions.

"Fine by me." She pursed her lips and the two boys stared at her with odd and worried looks.

"Lev told the whole team about last night and they won't stop bugging me about it. Do something. Or else—"

"I will! Don't worry! I'm gonna talk to him tomorrow—hold on. Next week. Promise." She squeaked, tensing her shoulders at the boy's harsh glare remembering it was a Friday. "Or you could give me his nu—"

"I'm sure he can wait until Monday." Kuroo insisted, "Hold on what's going on?" He asked in confusion. "I was only joking about something happening last night but now I'm getting suspicious."

"I-it's nothing like that." The blond blushed looking away. Suddenly his whole 'intimidating' aura was gone. "We jokingly called each other babe...then I told her we were live so she got mad and got revenge by telling my followers that we were dating. It was annoying."

Kenma didn't really find it annoying. But he'd prefer it if it never happened.

The bedhead couldn't have looked more flabbergasted.
When had these two introverted shy kids gotten so comfortable with each other? If he had to be completely honest, he was jealous. He felt like he didn't make them comfortable with being themselves around him.

"Oh."

They walked home. Kuroo made them promise to come over to his place the next day to help them study for a test since they were the most unmotivated pieces of garbage to ever have existed. Respectfully.

Y/n was honestly excited for the sleepover. She'd never been to a group one before.

She packed a backpack of her needs and decided to make herself some marinara spaghetti while she waited for Aia.

She wondered what her diet was. She probably worked out every day for her figure. What drove her motivation? If only she could have been that organized and strict with her own life like that.

Maybe she could ask her if she could workout with her. Going to the gym with Kuroo was fun, but it was a little different since he worked for a much more muscular body.

Then again, Aia Yoshida was also incredibly muscular and hot they probably trained the same amount—

Hot? What am I thinking.

There was a knock at the door meaning that the girl had actually shown up to take her.

"Hi, Yoshida. Thanks for accompanying me." She spoke a little too tonelessly, slipping her shoes on.
