"Oh don't forget the sunscreen also," Bruna added over the other end of the phone call. I silently huffed and puffed to myself in annoyance. Looks like I'll be third wheeling today.

"Sim, Bruna," I answer. I feel like a slave towards a person I literally just met. Just realizing that I left my phone charger in Bruna's apartment, I quickly pick up my iphone and call her to see if she can keep it for me until we meet up in a few hours.

I hear the dialing tone for what seems like forever until someone finally picks up.

"Who is this." A firm masculine voice question into the phone.

"Bruna's stepsister Leire." I replied, then a slight pause until I questioned him.

"Now, who is this?" I ask back, my voice at its highest peak at the end of the sentence.

"Her boyfriend, Neymar. How come I've never met you before? Bruna has never spoken of you to me." He answers curiously. I'm already starting to not like this guy.

"Has she been cheating on me? Be honest." He asked out of the blue. I paused for what felt like an eternity. This was the question that could really make or break their relationship.

I gulp before my answer. "No sir, absolutely not. She is 100% faithful, its hard for me to ever even think she would cheat on you." I lie.

There was a sound of uncomfortable shifting in the background, and I was just waiting silently for him to just buy my lie already so I could speak with my step sister already!

"Ah-hem," I coughed into the other end of the phone.

"Oh yes sorry, um, do you need to speak to Bruna?" He asks.

"Yes please,"

I hear his deep voice shout her name and I also hear faint footsteps.

"Neymar! What are you doing on my phone! Jesus! It is like I have absolutely no privacy around you! Give me!" I hear her shout from the other end, and what sounds like a bit of a physical altercation.

"Leire, I am so sorry, I hope he did't scare you away from me, he's been acting so, unusual lately." She answered.

"Are you guys having trust issues?" I ask not trying to be nosy.

"Y-ye-wait n- who am I kidding yes. I don't think our relationship is working out anymore, we are constantly at each others throats, I'm so tired of arguing with him and his annoying sister Rafaella." She replied.

"Maybe you guys should consider a break." I suggest.

"You know, maybe you're right. We'll talk more when you get here around 4 ok?" She asks, then hangs up.

This is what I'm talking about, she is so hard to understand and get through, and when she realizes she needs help, she just doesn't want to listen.
