Hello, yes, that's right. You see an update. And no, no it is not an update though. For that, I am sorry, but fun news is coming your way anyway!
Fanemies is getting a rewrite. Yes, I know, I only got 3 (and a half) chapters in, and I'm rewriting already? Well, you see, I began Fanemies as a ONC attempt. I want to expand it into a novel, which involves actually plotting out more and not pantsing trying to make a 20k - 40k quick romance for the contest.
I plan on expanding more on the characters, so the new beginning will backtrack a bit, and we'll get some new aspects coming in. So even if you read what I already have, when I rewrite, I strongly recommend re-reading!
Now for the, well, bad news? For one, I want this to be my Wattys 2023 entry. So, yeah, it's not gonna be coming out super fast. Slightly better news? I also plan on actually fully outlining this book, so when I do start writing and posting, it should be popping out at a pretty decent pace.
Who knows? Maybe I'll try to make it a NaNo project. We shall see!
On that note, though, the book in its current state will be staying up until I rewrite, so feel free to keep this in your library archived or something. Why am I keeping it up? Quite simply, I'm using this as a romance option for those doing trials for one of our book clubs xD People aren't always fond of fantasy, so I want to have at least one non-fantasy option, and this is the only thing we've got at the moment, so... it stays up?
