JEONG GARAM DIDN'T MIND THE WAY STUDENTS OF TAEYANG HIGH SCHOOL FLOCKED ON HER CLUBROOM'S WINDOWS. The reason for it was either from admiration of her glorious piano playing skills or awe of her apparent ethereal beauty, she had concluded that a long time ago. It wasn't that Garam mind the audiences she has every time she plays— quite the opposite, really.

The claps and cheers was what she dedicated her blood, sweat, and tears for. The girl thought of it as her energizer, the adrenaline after playing such a piece and hearing the buzzing of compliments coming was what got her going.

But when she finished her practice today, the Jeong heir felt absolutely nothing from the praises and claps of her fellow students. Confused and slightly stunned at her lack of drive, her eyes slowly trailed over to her shaking hands with furrowed brows. What was happening to her?

❝Why is your hands shaking so much, 'Ram?❞ Her bestfriend and co-musician, Song Woojin questioned out of concern and curiosity but didn't get any replies from the troubled Jeong. Puzzled at the lack of sarcastic remarks from the girl, he speaks once more. ❝If you're still mad about me eating your sandwich, I am so sor—❞

❝No, that's not it.❞

The violinist tilted his head to the side, confusion clear on his handsome face. ❝What do you mean?❞ The star pianist lowered her hands to the soft cushion of her seat and closed her eyes, conflicted. ❝Am I seriously facing a dilemma right now...❞ Lowering his expensive comic book, Woojin sat up properly to look at his friend with an observant gaze.

❝Looks like it, go out and walk around the school for now. Find some of that inspiration to help you out of this dilemma, we can't have you walking on eggshell at the competition.❞

Garam reluctantly did, leaving her chair and heavily making her way out of the room with a pout. ❝I swear, this happens to me way too often...❞ She grumbled and walked through the hallways of Taeyang High, crossing her arms as she took long steps. The Jeong didn't bat an eye at the admiring stares she was getting just by walking, lost in thought whilst staring at the window that shown the grass field.

I wonder how's Heedo doing right now...

The genius mentally thought, going down to the ground floor and heading to the gym— planning to check on her friend. Well, not until a boy stopped her from going further down the stairs. The Jeong immediately smiled, tilting her head to the side; such a simple action and yet, it had made the boy blushing hard. ❝Hello there, what's the matter?❞

❝Uhm—❞

The unknown boy was clearly just a ball of nerves, slightly amusing Garam further. ❝Hm?❞ The Jeong heir was just teasing this freshman at that, making him even more flustered than earlier. ❝I— I r–really like you! W–Will you please go out with me!❞ The pianist still remained smiling even at his sudden love confession, raising her hand to pat the boy's head gently once. ❝I'm sorry.❞
