It is fairly afternoon when taehyung decided to surprise chae-won (his girlfriend). His friends jimin, namjoon and jungkook decided to tag along. They've been childhood friends since birth. Anything that anyone owns practically owns by everyone- well except girlfriend

They wanted to see how cringey and corny taehyung is. Not that they want to embarrass the guy but they know what tae went through before and they just want the best of him and one way to put it, is supporting him.

Now jungkook is driving on the way to chae-won's condominium with taehyung on the shotgun seat holding chae-won's favourite carrot cake and a box containing necklace. While the other two guys namjoon and jimin were at the passenger seat checking their socials. A smooth riding going on there.

Taehyung immediately got sweaty by the thought surprising chae-won. Despite being rich and spoiled, taehyung is definitely well mannered and is compassionate which is why these gifts are little love language to him. The thought of chae-won's reaction got him exited.

Once they're at the condo building, all four of them went up and walk toward the farthest asile on the floor. Before they reach the room, they were teasing taehyung.

"Bro, you got all smiley and jiggly! The chae-won fever is really getting into you!" Jimin said

"What chae-won fever are you talking about? I'm literally okay! And as far as i know, chae-won doesn't have a fever!" Taehyung replied

"Lmao, you clearly don't know what he meant. He means you got hit by chae-won's fever" namjoon butted in the conversation

"Huh! I'm literally okay? I don't have a fever" taehyung replied confusedly

"For god's sake, hyung hahahha. I don't know whether you're trolling or not but what jimin hyung means is that you're totally whipped to chae-won. Learn to read between the lines and not take it literally" jungkook replied

Taehyung bursted out laughing realising that he took it literally while his friends just laugh also at him. As they reach the room, taehyung took a deep breath while his friends were at his back supporting him internally.

Taehyung knocked twice. But there was no response. He knocked again thrice. After a minute, there was still no response.

"Bro, are you sure she's here? She might have gone to the school for some works?" Namjoon asked

"I don't know, i was told yesterday that chae-won has no prior works because they were given a time to relax" taehyung replied in a confused manner

"Do you think she went out? Jimin asked

"Went out? Then she could've told me? But she didn't" taehyung sighed in defeat

"Well, she purposely hid it from you. I think. But hey, you should talk to her about this. Ask her where she went" jungkook said

Taehyung dialled chae-won's number. It took 4 tries before chae-won accepted the call.

"Baby where are you?" Taehyung asked worriedly

"Why?" Chae-won replied timidly

"I'm outside at your room and you're not here" taehyung said.

"Ah- I'm currently at my parent's house. I got something to do" chae-won replied

"I'm sorry, it slipped out of my mind. Anyway, i have to go" chae-won's last word before cutting him off

Taehyung just sighed in annoyance. He didn't know what was wrong in chae-won but he could only assume that it might have to do with family problems

"So, how's the call" jungkook asked

"Not good, something happened. She is out there at her parents's house and she forgot to tell me" taehyung realised sadly

"How about we eat the carrot cake and just give the box later on" jimin suggested

"Truth, since chae-won couldn't eat the carrot cake then might as well to devour it right now?" Namjoon butted in

Taehyung just timidly laugh at the sudden responses he got from his friends "y'all are literally rich but all of you act like you have been starved for a year. Lmao!" Taehyung teasingly replied

"So where to go? Should we go to our favourite bar?" Jungkook suggested

"Absolutely, i agree with that idea!" Namjoon replied

"I second the motion!" Jimin also replied

All three of them went convincingly glanced at taehyung to persuade him. As he reached his point, he eventually gave in to his friends demands "Okay, okay! I'll go okay! You all win this time! Now let's go before i change my mind. But I'm not paying okay?" Taehyung clarified his demands

Jimin instantly looked at jungkook and shook his head while at the same time, namjoon grabs his pocket and said "i don't have cash plus my card is at my house" he lied, it's clearly at the right side back pocket of his trousers but he didn't wanna pay.

"Fine, fine you stingy motherfuckers. I'll pay the drink or even the whole club. Y'all can't really spend a dime when we're hanging out on a club but y'all are literally buying the moment you see something you like, what a clowns!" Jungkook laugh at his own sudden diss. Namjoon and jimin just teasingly smirked at jungkook, proving that they won over him.
