Vinnie's POV:
I walked upstairs to see clothes littered all over my room. I slowly creek open the door and find Sophia crying on the floor. I move closer and when she hears me she snaps her head around to reveal tears streaming down her face.
"Baby...baby what's wrong?" I say grabbing her in my arms and laying her on the bed softly.
"n-nothing...d-don't worry about it...i'm f-fine." She says still crying.
I bundle her in blankets and bring her closer to me.
"You don't have to talk about it love..." I say reassuringly.
I grab her waist and pull her up to mine.
"I love you baby. I love you soo much. Don't ever forget that Soph." I say leaving tiny kisses all over her head.
"I-I just don't like m-my body. I'm so skinny baby..." Sophia whispers softly, grabbing my waist tightly.
"Baby your body is perfect. Don't be sad my love." I say trying to cheer her up by combing her curly afro with my fingers.
She sniffles and eventually whispers "I love you Vinnie." Before she tucks her head in my arm and drifts to sleep.
"I love you too." I whisper back before I drift off to sleep as well. Listening to the rain fall on the floor.
(I know this was short but I'm gonna start making them like this because it's easier than making 1000 words ones. Plus You guys will still get a cute little short story. BTW: Yes I am a crybaby <33)
