When they arrived home, in the living room, they found the Soulworkers around a table. Jin had his mouth covered with his hands, Chii's hand was shaking holding the device that showed something...? Ephnel had sweat running down her face, but wasn't as shocked as the others.

-Guys... D-did something happen..? Haru said in a nervous, quite shaky tone

-Haru... I don't know how to say this, but... Desire Erwin... This device doesn't localize him anymore... I-I don't know why, it doesn't detect any energy signals, it should be able to localize all over Cloudream... I can't tell for sure, but it's either that he was taken by Kent outside, Cloudream or....

-...Or..? Haru said in a shaking voice

-...

-Or what?? "Shadow" is there something wrong?!-

-Or... He vanished. "Shadow" seemed to regret saying it so directly

In that split second, everyone had a shocked expression on their faces.

-You see... Erwin doesn't "require" desire energy, but this Desire Erwin, also used Erwin as a battery, meaning he drained his energy to recharge... You might think Kent fueled him with energy, not really, Kent only keeps his physical body "active" and that already needs a lot of energy so he's not able to also recharge him. It's... Complicated, but I hope you understood at least a bit of what I said... In short... It might put our Erwin in danger. The shadow girl pulled back a bit

-N-no... Haru covered her mouth and started shaking

A panic attack followed by feeling dizzy.

-H-hey, Haru, s-stay with us! Jin placed his arms on Haru's shoulder

She could faint at any moment.

But it didn't take long for an impact to happen and Haru fell to the ground.

-Haru!! Someone call Miriam! We need her to wake up.

Is there really an end to this pain?

Thanks so much for reading!! As I also mentioned in my conversations tab, this book reached 1# place in soulworker tag and 19# place in steam tag(out of thousands of stories)! I really don't know how to thank my small community 👉👈, if you have suggestions, leave them in the comments! If it's by you all, I'll complete them/it after the exams! I really don't have much time for anything and I have to divide my time...? Idk if what I'm saying makes sense, at least it makes in my language lol... I'm also sorry for not completing requests with drawing and such, I just lost that thing that drove me to drawing, but that doesn't mean I don't draw anymore, I just don't feel like it or I don't feel like I'm doing enough, I have no idea how to put in words what I feel ^^"

It's difficult to convert feelings into words :'D 

I also want to apologise for being a sadistic writer and hurt all my readers, I swear it's all for the plot and for this story to make at least a little bit of sense! 🙏(P.S: ur chars are fine, well at least I think, Haru just fainted lol 💀...).

My ideas are good, they're just hard to put in page and explain every little thing!
