Next day as usual, Lan Wangji came into office and on the same time entered Wei Ying. She went to Luo Qingyang and greet her. And she asked " Wei Ying you're on time today"

"Yeah! I don't have to make coffee now."

"The fear make you obey for ones."

"Shut up. It's just....leave it. I asked you to give the file to Mr Lan. Had you?"

"Yes."

"Okay. Then see you later."

She went to her office and Lan Wangji barge in and called her with gritted teeth.

"Miss Wei."

She smirked then smiled innocently "Yess."

"Don't act innocent I know what you did."

"Oh...and what did I do? " She wispered with a sheepish grin which made him more angry.

"Forget it. Did you interact with team members?"

"You asked me to assign not interact. I'll do that today."

"Don't act oversmart Miss Wei. I warn you. Go arrange a meeting with them."

She sighed "fine." And settle on her desk.

He left the room and after a while they interact with the members. A meeting was held discussing the project budget and other specifications. A report was prepared regarding everything and provided to the associate managers.

Wangji rechecked each member and was pleased with their track record. No matter how much he shout on Wei Ying , she was quite good in her job. Well, she was good back then also.

He get out of his trail of thoughts of admiring her and remembered he assigned her other tasks too which she haven't reported yet. He went to her office and found her sleeping,her hands used as pillows on desk and her fave was resting on them. He wanted to shout on her for napping in office but could not do so.

Some locks of hair curtain her face, her face had a slight pout and a small smile appear on his face unknowingly. But then he noticed slight dark bags under her eyes, all day she was looking tired. Speaking less and being a little bit slow.

He move closer to her and tugs her locks at back of her ear.

Still beautiful he thought and traces her face with his knuckle and she shift a bit towards the touch. He moved away ,just then Mo Xuanyu entered "Mr. Lan, I-"

But he gestured her to stay silent and they move outside.

"You should have knocked. Wei Ying is your senior."

"I'm sorry sir. I didn't find you in the office do I thought......I need to ask if you need anything."

"No. Just when Miss Wei wakes up, send her to office."

"She's sleeping?" She made a confused face as she knows how much Wangji hates laziness. He didn't answer.

He get back to his office. He settled down for his work and gave her a pile of letters to type. She felt a need to degrade Wei Ying in front of him. "Don't you think sir, Miss Wei is shirker. I mean she is sleeping at work-" but she stopped speaking when she saw the look on Wangji's face,it was Irritation.

"Hasn't shufu told you about one should not gossip rule"

"He did"

"Then don't" he said sternly. She nodded.

Meanwhile, Wei Ying wakeup from her energy nap and look refreshing.

"I took a deep nap i guess thank god, Genghis Khan didn't see me orherwise he would have been shouting at me." She came outside and go for a round of resort greeting the staying people. She was informed of some decoration problem around swimming pool. So she went and checked. After fixing the problem she was returning but met with the annoying Jin Zixun who stand in front of her blocking her way.
