The cold winter air blew the dark cloak that had once surrounded me.
"It's times like these I actually envy those hairy beasts." I mumbled while looking down word. Nothing was visible with the large clumps of snow fighting against the wind. I turned to just barley make out a blood red full moon. My eyes trailed down to find Rowena standing directly behind me. Her hands hugged tightly around a small red jacket that barley covered her body. Her sun coloured eyes met mine.
"What are you looking at?" I complained. The small girl snorted.
"I should be ask you the same question." Shaking my head I looked back down at the unknown destination. The sounds of her teeth chattering echoed behind me.
"You know, it wouldn't be so cold if you transformed."
"Don't complain about things you don't understand." She argued back. Her small voice echoing off of the stone walls surrounding us. My mouth formed a pout.
"You sound like your older then me." The girl once again snorted.
"Maybe it's because your just a spoiled brat." My pout deepened.
"I'm not spoiled." My voice grumbled.

Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a small black object making it's way towards us.
"Vladamire's back, finally." I excitedly exclaimed. My hands threw themselves up in a joking manner.
"Yeah, who's not spoiled?" The younger asked again. In the blink of an eye Vladamire had landed in front of me..

"I certainly hope you've been a good dog." Vladamire commented. His breaths short and quick. Rowena only shrugged. Not very willing to receive another punishment. Ignoring the cold girl, the butler turned towards me.
"I hope you weren't waiting too long." He apologized. Moving his hands to grasp mine. "Oh my, your hands are freezing." He exclaimed. Using both of his hands he began to rub mine to gain more heat.
"Relax Vladamire, I'm always cold." I commented. Finding the butlers actions embarrassing.
"S-p-o-i-l-e-d." Rowena joked behind me . Her voice low enough for Vladamire's super hearing to pick up on.

"Quiet servant." I whispered back. Ignoring the questioning look from the servant in front of me. "Any news?" I questioned. Hoping to change the topic. Vladamire nodded, still barley catching his breath.
"They, the halflings have joined forces against us." He continued to try and catch his breath. " they have formed some sort of cult, in hopes to gain more power."
"And Van Helsing?" I questioned. Vladamire's blood shot eyes glared at me.
"And what of Van Helsing?" I questioned again. The vampires glare worsened.
"He isn't working with them nor is he against them. That man will do anything in his power to kill you my lord. I suggest-"

"Enough, that's all I wanted to know." My eyes unable to match the older glare looked down to see red seeping through his clothes.
"Oh my gosh, Vlad are you ok?" Rowena exclaimed for once showing concern for even a single vampire. She pushed passed me and began to examine his wound. Vladamire nodded his head.
"I'm fine, one of those halflings shot me with something. It won't last too long. Hopefully" He answered muttering the last word. Guilt hit me like a sac of bricks. I didn't know what to say in this kind of situation. Vladamire whispered something to Rowena who turned to look at me. I didn't have too long to find out what. The world around me, began spinning once again. Darkness started to cover my field of vision.

"Trezi print der intuneroc" A deep voice whispered in my ear.
