Mikasa completely gave up and as the titan almost caught her...

The titan with the missing fingers tried once more to catch the female Ackerman, resulting in it losing its limb. The realization came and hit Mikasa. Her eyes widened and she started blaming herself but for an entirely different reason
Mikasa: (Y/N)... How could I have forgotten him?... I'm sorry I gave up, I shouldn't give up. If I do, I'll forget you...Eren and Armin. I'm sorry (Y/N), but I'm never giving up again. I'll fight!
Just as Mikasa was about to fight the titan in front of her, the titan behind her rushed toward her and punched the titan in its face
It had long black hair, pointed ears like an elf, and green eyes resembling the color of an emerald. It had a male body structure and his teeth can be seen
The Abnormal Titan then began stomping the mindless titan's nape before letting out a huge intimidation roar. Mikasa had to cover her ears because of how loud the titan's roar was
Time skip (Sorry, I'm at school writing this)
Mikasa, Armin, and the other cadets accomplished their plan and killed all the 3-meter titans that took over the HQ. They all refilled their gas container. Mikasa was about to jump off the HQ roof but stopped when she saw the Abnormal Titan being eaten by other titans of all sizes
Armin saw his childhood friend looking at something and walked towards her. He then saw the titan that helped them being eaten by the other titans. Jean, Annie, and the others saw Armin and Mikasa standing on the roof and took off towards them
Reiner: H-hey! We need to save it!
Jean: Save a titan? Are you out of your mind? A titan as an ally?
Relief: Yes, I'm serious. It could be helpful for humanity's sake
Jean: That's-
Jean was cut off by the sounds of stomping. They looked over and saw a certain titan that Armin have encountered before
Armin: Wha-? That's the titan that ate Thomas
This seemed to anger the Abnormal Titan further. The abnormal titan bit a 7-meter titan's neck and leaped toward the titan that killed Thomas
Jean: You- You want to save that? I don't think it needs saving
It bit the titan's nape and ripped it off before collapsing on its knees
Jean: Let's go!!
The others looked like they were going to grapple away but before they can, they saw a figure come out of the nape
Mikasa's eyes went wide
Mikasa: Eren...
She rapidly ran off the roof and grappled toward her adoptive brother and hugged him. She didn't care if she was a bit burned by the heat of the steaming titan below them. She put her ear on his chest and listened to his steady heartbeat. He was alive
Jean: Eren... Did all this?
Outside the wall
The members of the Survey Corps were still far away from Trost. (Y/N) was growing more anxious. His brother, his best friend, and his girlfriend might be in danger and he can't do anything to stop it yet
Erwin seemed to take notice of this, as well as Levi, Miche, Nanaba and Hanji. It wasn't very hard to notice since (Y/N) usually stoic expression is replaced by a concerned one
Erwin: If what I saw in Keith's report is true, then I'm sure they're alright. Ackerman is powerful and skilled. Jeager is determined and hard-working. Arlert is gifted with a quick-witted and intelligent intellect. All of them combined are an unstoppable force. They're going to be alright
This appeared to calm down the youngest scout but that didn't stop him from worrying
Levi: At this pace, we aren't gonna make it there. I'm thinking that (L/N) should fasten his pace. He can take care of the titans incoming. He should be able to save even a limited number of soldiers or civilian
Hanji: I agree. This way, we might even save a few lives
(Y/N): I can do that. What is your say on this
Erwin looked calm and calculating like always. He thought about and he gave out his orders
Erwin: Alright. Levi squad, formation. (Y/N), you will go ahead and try to save as many lives as you can. Hanji, on me
Levi squad: Yes commander
(Y/N): Sir
Hanji: RIGHT!!
(Y/N) and Levi simultaneously grimaces at the loud section commander. The blue-eyed and ravenette-haired scout shook it off and clenched his horse's reign tighter and ordered his steed to sprint faster, eager to see his family once more. Hoping to see them alive. To see them safe
