???: Aha, you're finally awake
The boy followed where the voice came from and saw a blonde-haired man standing in the doorway
(Y/N): W-where am I? Who are you?
The man closed the door and sat on the chair near the desk. (Y/N) cautiously following the blonde man's every move
???: I'm Kenzie Ackerman. You're in my house
(Y/N): H-how did I get here?
Kenzie: I brought you here. I saw you in the wood. Your clothes were ripped and you were unconscious. What's your name kid? And how old are you?
(Y/N): Uhm.. (Y/N), (Y/N) (L/N) and... I'm 9 sir
Kenize: What a wonderful name. Tell me, why were you in the woods all alone? Where are your parents?
(Y/N): I-I don't know why I was in the woods... and I-....(Looks down) Hmm... should I trust him?
Kenzie: You okay?

Tears started to run down the boy's cheeks. Kenzie felt bad for the kid so he got an idea
Kenzie: Sorry for your loss... If you want, I and my wife can adopt you (Smiles)
(Y/N)'s blue eyes went wide as he looked at Kenzie
(Y/N): R-really? Y-you want to adopt me?
He asked, his eyes shining brightly at the older man who sat down in front of him
Kenzie: Yeah, only if you want. I don't want to force you on anything kid. So, do you want to be part of our family?
(Y/N): Are you kidding? Yes! Of course, I want to be part of your family!
After that, Kenzie introduced (Y/N) to his wife, Katie, and his 7-year-old daughter, Mikasa
Timeskip 2 years later
It's been 2 years since (Y/N) was adopted by Kenzie and Katie Ackerman. They treated him like their own son. (Y/N) calls Kenzie, Uncle, and calls Katie, Auntie. Mikasa and (Y/N) grew closer each day. (Y/N) was also introduced to Dr. Jeager when he came to visit. (Y/N) trained all day so he can help out, sometimes, he and Mikasa train together. One day, Katie tasked (Y/N) to gather firewood and he gladly accepted
(Y/N): (Gets electrocuted and hisses in pain) What the-? What was that?
(Y/N) looks around and feels weird
(Y/N): Hmm... I better go back home before night time and Auntie gets mad at me
(Y/N) placed the firewood on the wood carrier bag, fixed his blue scarf, and started walking back towards the house
(Y/N): Dr. Jeager was supposed to visit today to check on Auntie...
He finally arrived to see Dr. Jeager with a boy who I think is his son in front of the door. He walked faster and greeted him
