Today was hand-to-hand combat training. Reiner landed on his back with a heavy thud. He was genuinely surprised someone like Eren could flip someone like him
Reiner: How'd you do that?
Eren: My brother, he trained me before I came here
Reiner: I need to meet this guy, he seems to give great training pointers
Eren: I don't know, maybe when he visits
Reiner's right eyebrow lifted upwards in confusion
Reiner: He can do that? I thought no family member can visit here?
Eren grinned at Reiner
Eren: He can. He and the instructor know each other
Reiner's eyes widened. Just who was Eren's brother so that he can get past Shadis's cold exterior and befriend him?
The taller blonde stayed silent for a couple of seconds before his eyes landed on Annie. She was slacking again. She didn't seem to take hand-to-hand combat seriously when it was not graded
Reiner somehow convinced Eren to come with him and teach Annie a 'lesson'. Long story short, they got their asses kicked and utterly humiliated
However, a certain ravenette male and female watched the whole crusade. The black-haired female was not pleased about it
Mikasa decided to shrug it off and get back to training. A couple of seconds later, Eren landed on his back, defeated by the small blonde-haired female
This time, Mikasa did not let it slide. She threw Reiner towards where Annie and Eren were and the blonde male landed right on top of the brunette green-eyed boy
A male with Blue-eyes and jet black hair was watching intently, ready to interfere if needed. He watched carefully as the female Ackerman walked towards the blonde Leonhardt
Mikasa: Hey. Annie, why don't you teach me the technique you used?
Annie looked in front of her to see Mikasa with a dark aura around her, she was glaring at Annie as if she was gonna kill her. Annie stared at Mikasa for a few seconds before answering
Annie: I would, but that technique was meant for humans, not beasts
Annie sneered. Other cadets started surrounding them, encouraging them to fight. Jean being the idiot he is betted his whole dinner on Mikasa. Before anyone could land a punch, a figure stepped in the middle and spoke in a low dangerous voice
???: That's enough
They spoke firmly, Mikasa took a good look at who it was. (Y/N). He had a dark aura around him. He looked at the cadets and spoke again
(Y/N): Go back to training or you're running an extra 100 laps
The cadets hurriedly got back to training, fearing the ravenette scout in front of them
Mikasa glanced at her lover and saw him staring at her with concern. Meet me at our spot after dinner he mouthed
Mikasa nodded and got back to training. After training, all cadets went to the showers to wash up before dinner. Dinner passed by and Mikasa is now roaming toward their spot. The place where they had their first date after Mikasa and the others enlisted in the military

The place was beautiful. The river was flowing gracefully, the moon was at its highest point, and a certain (L/N) can be seen standing near the said river
Mikasa: (Y/N)?
The said male turned around and was met with his beautiful girlfriend. Sometimes, he wondered how can be so lucky to have someone as kind, strong, caring, and beautiful as Mikasa
(Y/N): Hey love *Moves closer to Mikasa and holds her waist* I missed you...
Mikasa chuckled at her lover's actions and kissed him softly on the cheek
Mikasa: I missed you too (Y/N)
The two lovers embraced in silence, both of them just wanting to hold each other after being away from each other for a long time
The silence was broken by Mikasa's sudden question
Mikasa: Why did you want to see me tonight (Y/N)?
He smirked a little making the Ackerman blush
(Y/N): I wanted to surprise you. It is your birthday after all
Yes, today was Mikasa Ackerman's birthday. The 10th February. The day the love of his life was brought into this beautiful and cruel world
Mikasa: Wha- You remembered *Tearing up*
(Y/N) cupped Mikasa's face and used his thumb to wipe off her tears
(Y/N): Of course, I did. Happy Birthday to you, my love. You're my life. And the person who gave me the strength to fight in this cruel world. I love you. I don't care if you rip my heart out. It's yours anyways *Chuckles*
Mikasa: I love you too. And thank you. You also saved me from this cruel world. But, I would never rip your heart out (Y/N) *Smiles at him*
(Y/N)'s black metallic eyes stared lovingly at Mikasa's blue-grayish ones. He leaned in slowly and softly pushed his lips against hers. She reciprocated the action and kissed back. This wasn't like the other kisses they'd shared in the past. All the love and passion were put into that kiss. All they wanted was to be with one another
Sadly, they needed to part due to the lack of air. They pulled away only slightly, their forehead against the other. Mikasa still had tears in her eyes and thankfully, her lover wiped them away
(Y/N): Don't cry, love. There's no need for you to do so
Mikasa: I can't help it. I'm just thankful. Thankful that I have someone like you in my life. Someone to hold, someone to care for more than a friend. A family. A lover. And a kind person to love back
The taller individual wiped the female's tears once more and hugged her tightly, seemingly not wanting to let go. That is true, (Y/N) didn't want to let go, he could never imagine a world without his love. A life without Mikasa Ackerman is a life he didn't want to live in
(Y/N) and Mikasa spent their night in Trost, out on a date. After dinner, they went shopping, mostly Mikasa constantly teasing her lover by swaying her hips as she walks back to the dressing room. Leaving a flustered (Y/N) (L/N). Currently, Mikasa and (Y/N) are in their shared bedroom. It was too late to go back to camp so they rented a place to stay for the night. It's a good thing (Y/N) asked Shadis for permission to give Mikasa a day off and he agreed
The female Ackerman walked toward her boyfriend and wrapped her arms around his neck. (Y/N)'s hands automatically wrapped around her waist
Mikasa: Thank you for today (Y/N)
(Y/N): Anything for you, darling. Anything
They shared a loving kiss. That innocent kiss slowly turned into a heated make-out. They made out until Mikasa was on top of (Y/N), taking off her clothes, as well as (Y/N)'s
That night was spent being close to each other. A night full of love and lust. A blissful and unforgettable night for both of them. A night to remember
