Zendaya calls and someone answers on the second ring.
"Hello." Y/n says.
Zendaya gets up and quickly hands her phone to me.
"Hello? Y/n asks.
"Hey." I say.
"This is Alexa, I'm calling from a friend's phone." I say.
"Oh, I remember you." Y/n says.
"So why didn't you call?" I ask.
Actin' like you don't know what number to dial
"Well, you said you would hit me up when you had time. I figured you were ghosting me and threw in the towel." Y/n says.
"I'm really busy with filming but I'll call you when I'm free." I say.
You quit, then that's it, I'ma throw in the towel
"Didn't want to bother you if you weren't interested." Y/n says.

"We can hang out this weekend if you're free." Y/n says.
"Yeah, I'll text you." I say.
"Alright, bye." Y/n says.
"Bye." I say before hanging up.
"And to think you weren't gonna call." Maude says.
"I have lost all my dignity, but at what cost?" I ask.
Maude laughs and I smile.
