Dream

"Who prepared these?" Kian asked as he point at the food in front of us. Naka-upo us here sa picnic mat. Ang mga foods ay nakalapag na rin sa front namin.

"Ahm.. We bought it. I don't have much time kasi to cook and I.. I don't know how to.. cook. Well, slight lang." I explained while playing with my fingers.

"Hmm." He hummed and nodded. I was watching him na umaabot na sa point na nahuhuli niya ako.

Gosh.. nakakahiya!

I can't stop kase.. He's.. He's so handsomeeee! Napaiwas ako ng tingin when he bit the leche flan while looking at me.

Waah! Stop watching him, Rere! You're so obvious! Eh!

"Reign," I looked at him when he called my name. Kumunot ang noo ko. "What?" I asked.

"Are you staring at me?" There'sa smirk on his face when he asked that. Nanlaki ang mga mata ko sa sinabi niya kasabay ng pamumula ng pisngi ko.

"W-What? S-Staring? Who's staring at you? M-Me? No, I'm n-not." I stuttered. Am I that obvious? Gosh!

"Uh-ahmm. Defensive." He teased. I threw a glare at him while he stopped eating at cross his arms instead.

"I told you, I did not!"

Now.. I do look like I'm defensive! Arggg!

We chit-chat lang before we head to the class, but more on teasing. Siya kase. Hinatid niya muna ako before he proceeded to his own classroom.

Hay.. I wish na classmate ko na lang siya.. He's a year ahead of us kasi. Kainis. Sina Tina and Bella pa. Bakit kasi magkaiba kami ng classroom? I want to be with them tuloy.

Discussion after Discussion. Test after Test. Finally! Uwian na! Parang nagiging favorite ko na tuloy yung uwian! I don't have friends kasi in my Class. I hope.. I really hope that Bella and Tina are my Classmate next school year!

Manefisting They'remy classmate next school year! Oh please!

"You look excited." Kian said while manueviring the car. "Well, I am naman!" I grinned. He chuckled and continue driving and I was smiling big. As in Big! B-I-G!

Nang dumating na kami don ay hindi mo na siya bumaba kaya naman napatingin ako sa kaniya. Usually, agad siyang bumababa eh.

"Why? Is there something wrong?" I asked him, softly. Tumingin siya sa akin. He looked hesitate kaya naman nagtaka me.

"My.. One of my Tita is... getting married this weekend and she wants us there," he trailed. Bumuntong hininga siya bago tumingin sa akin ng straight. "Ahm.. Can you.. Can you come with me?"

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko at napasinghap. Whatt? Mee?

"It's not.. that far, Rere. Sa.. Tagaytay lang and Don't worry, I'll ask a permission to your parents." He explained. My eyes twinkle because of it.

"Are you serious? A Wedding? Wow! I'm free!" I agreed aggressively. It's not like I want to be with him kahit gusto ko pero.. A wedding! Gusto kong umattend ng wedding!

Aww.. I want to witness theirs promises in front of God and this will be my Third Time attending a Wedding!

"Are you sure?" Paninigurado niya. "Oo! Sure na Sure!" He smiled and pulled me into hug na hindi ko pa napaghandaan. Ayan tuloy! Mukha na naman akong kamatis! Ahh!

Just like what he said, he asked a permission to my parents and luckily they agreed! Gusto pa nga sumama ni mommy but dad didn't agree. Kasi naman daw hindi sila yung inimbita.. it's me!

Hindi nga ako makatulog ng maayos because of excitement! Kung hindi lang ako pinaalalahanan ni Rios na I need to sleep para hindi ako magmukhang zombie ay hind ako makakatulog.

When weekend come, Andito ako ngayon sa passenger seat ng sasakyan ni Kian! Papuntang Tagaytay!

"What's your tita's name? The one who's getting married!" I asked. Nakangiti siya pero mas malaki ngiti ko!

"Elara."

"How about her groom?"

"Xander." Kumunot ang noo ko dahil sa tipid niyang sagot. "You look cold. Why?" I pouted.

"Rere, What's your dream wedding?" He asked. Hindi niya pinansin yung tanong ko. Hmp.

"Ahm.. Dream Wedding? I like... Ah.. I think I prefer Beach Wedding. Lalo na kapag sunset!" I answered. "Why? I'm still young pa naman kaya baka magbago yung dream wedding ko. Just like mommy. Mommy dream to have a Church Wedding but her dream wedding didn't come true." Kuwento ko.

"Instead of Church Wedding, They had a Simple Garden Wedding. Sa Garden sila kinasal. See?" I looked at him pero nakatingin lang siya sa harapan.

"Matutupad yan." He seriously said. I laughed loudly. "How sure are you na matutupad dream ko?" I asked.

"I'm hundred one sure. I'll try my best to fulfill your dream." Natahimik ako because of him. He's so serious!

I clear my throat. "How about you?" I asked.

"I dream what you've dreaming."
