Once more, it aches.
Once more, you sigh.
Once more, it breaks.
Why did it hurt?
You were over this.
You got up before.
Once more, once more....
The words fade away.
But inside your heart,
past all the walls,
it's come to stay.
Once more, once more,
the pain creeps in.
Once more, once more,
you dwell on your sin.
No more, no more,
you want to move on.
But once more, once more,
it turns back on.
A raw heart yearning,
to forget and leave.
Your stomach churning,
it just can't be.
Once more, once more,
you watch the rain.
No more, no more,
no more of this pain.
