I went back to the drawing board with what one of my spiritual father's said. I think I finally found my own way to make shifting easier. I'm just still working on it. I would say only do this after being able to feel astral and phantom limbs decently though.
- Gut yourself of ghosts and negativity. Astrally and physically. Make sure to monitor that the second you feel like crap.
(I recommend having a few different crystal necklaces with protection properties. That way you can rotate them when some need recharging. They can all be the same stone type, or varying ones. Do whatever suits you though.)
- Clean your room. Get done what you can.
- Focus your energy on yourself vs others.
- Try to feel and observe how your physical muscles feel.
- Feel astral and then physical. Focus on how different that part feels astrally vs physically. Focus on what that would feel like physically if it looked that way.
- Tighten your muscles physically. Try to observe the feeling and replicate it in the rest of your body.
(If you struggle to figure this out. Look up stomach vaccums. They will help you replicate the contracted muscle feeling.)
