"Silence isn't empty. Is full of answers"

After I went to school amber was the only one who comes early

"Hey amber"

"Hey Nicole"

She was silent I think she was mad when she see me and chase talking.  I saw chase coming "I have to go to restroom" and I left

I was staring at the bathroom mirror trying not to cry or not to feel bad. Nicole it's fine he is not even your friend you only know him for few days you only met him few times he is just like other person.

I went to class and every day already take there seat and I followed the teacher so I couldn't talk to anyone

Every one was sitting at the back and Julian was the one who sit beside me

"Every one be pair with you someone and you can't be pair up with your friends all I will assign you who to be with"

"So this project is going to be writing essays on this the following instructions I will assign this too as well" The teacher he was assigning all the students waiting for my turn to be with nick I already brought up a lot of problem last night

"Julian with Conor " oh no I don't want to do this with chase amber hated me already

"Lily with Austin"

"Cameren with Joseph"

"Okay only four students left let's see Nicole,amber, chase and Alex"

"So Nicole be with chase and amber be with Alex"
Oh no my worst nightmare what am I going to say to him

"Now please change your seat and pair up with your partner" i turned back slowly to see ambers face she was pissed saying something to lily and when I see chase he already brought a chair waiting for me. I collect all my stuff and went to his desk

" hey Nicole"

" hey" i replied weird

"you left so early yesterday"

"yeah there was something I have to do" I replied fast

" I was searching for you and cameren told you left with Alex and you without saying goodbye"

"Well you seemed busy so I didn't want to interrupt you with your girlfriend"

"But" he was going to say something but the teacher started explaining about the assignment and I was busy with writing what he was saying about not to talk  to chase

So this how you do your assigment now you can talk about your project with your partner

"So did you understand " chase asked

"Yeah"

"So its easier for us to start so when should we"

"Well lets read about the project and collect more info today and we can start tomorrow"

"Good idea we will start tomorrow"

Amber was seeing us accross i can tell how furious she was i hope chase will confort her about it

After class it was break time every one was picking a food

"Nicole come" julian said

"I dont feel like eating i will be outside" i just didn't  want to create another problem between chase and amber

I went outside everyone had groups I sat and put my head phones on reading my favourite novel

I saw Julian coming toward me  "Nicole why aren't you eating we were waiting for you"

"I just don't feel like eating" i respond to her

"Your not feeling good"

"No I'm okay I just don't feel like eating"

"Okay if thats your reason I will catch up with you later"

"Thanks for checking me up"

After break time I saw chase in hall he was on his phone I passed by him and I was praying not to see me

"Nicole" damn it

"Oh I didn't see you"

"So I was going to tell you that amber is not my"

"Nicole why you didn't join us" chase intrupted by amber

"I just didn't feel like eating"

"Chase there is something we have to talk about" amber said

"Well see you later" I replied and walk away

After classes I was waiting for my mom to pick me up

"Hey nicole"

"Hey alex"

"Let me give you a ride"

"No I'm just waiting for my mom thanks"

"Well tell her you  will come with your friends"

"She might be here any minute"

"And here add you phone number" he gave me he's phone " talk to you later I have to go bye"

"Okay bye" I replied

Chase was with amber she was standing so close to him our eyes catched and I look away. I was so dumb to think he will like me. He was making his way to me but thank God my mom came I didn't look l just get in the car quickly

"Hey how was your day"

"Good"

"Well I had a very busy day one of the patient was"
My mom was talking how her days went I was looking through the window thinking about what happened

After I get home I threw my nag and texted to meg to call me when she's free

The puppy was on my beg playing with him self I was giving him pat

Moments later I revive a  videocall from meg

"Hey Nic what's up"

"Hey meg"

"You don't seem fine what's wrong"

"I don't know or I don't understand what chase is doing there is a girl called amber she is in to him I think they are dating every time I think about him it hurts he came to me talk nicely as before and he go back to her he lets her to flirt with him may be he is not the type of a guy we think he is"

"Well I don't know you have to see what is going on maybe she is only one might have a feeling but not him"

"I don't care I have to move on with my life I don't have to think about him I don't want to think about someone who doesn't even think about me"

"Just always don't forget to think before you do something okay"

"Okay meg and let me show you something look I found this puppy yesterday Isn't cute"

"Oh so cute now I have to adopt one"

We were taking for hours with meg she were laughing and she was telling me about Ryan

"Omg it has been an hour i have assignment to do and it's with chase I have to start it not to ask anything"
