Skid and Pump tag team with a lvl 67 Yveltal, you'd find them just- anywhere.
Skid separately would have a lvl 28 Skitty (with Leftovers as an item) that he found in an alleyway when it was low hp and a lvl 7 (I dunno he was briefly mentioned wanting a cat [I think cuz the doll manipulated him into wanting one] in Deadly Smiles so...)
Pump would have a lvl 25 Pumpkaboo for a separate Pokémon (I dunno it was the first to come to my mind, also pumpkin)
The one they main together is a legendary mainly because legendaries are (sometimes) perceived as 'gods' and Skid and Pump are always encountering those-
Susie would probably have a level 25 Smeargle, mainly cuz she's a streamer artist from what we see in ep. 4.
Roy would have a level 37 Dusclops, and a level 21 Gastly (ironic how he got ghosts or whatever following him)
Ross would have a level 34 Politoed and his level 8 Froakie starter he forgot to train (mr froggy smile and his froggy pokemon)
Robert would have a lvl 29 Mimikyu and a level 36 Serperior (I DONT KNOW MAN...)
Lila would have a lvl 45 Gurdurr, she's an architect (I think) I thought it made sense.
John and Jack would both have a Stoutland, though John's Stoutland is a higher level (lvl. 48) than Jack's Stoutland (lvl. 43)
Frank would have a couple level 35 Drifblims, mainly cuz they steal children :)
The two thieves would have level 29 Thievuls, because y'know, thieves with thief Pokémon.
