Third Person POV
_____________

Yuri let out a soft grumble, following Sayori towards the groups of familiars waiting. Once the two ladies found a spot to wait Sayori looked to Yuri with a half smile.

"Hey- I know you aren't too big on this thingy and all but, try not to freak out like last time please." She asked, being nice of course, it's Sayori why wouldn't she be nice?

"And uh- If it helps when I have to do something I don't like I think about something I do like while I'm doing it!" She then suggested with a slight bounce.

"What do you suppose I think about then?" Yuri asked in return, the method was logical for most things but she couldn't see herself able to take her mind off that hoop.

"Uhh.. Oo that's hard you don't like too many things but- Oh! You can think about Natsuki!" Sayori said, happy about being able to find something Yuri could think about and actually enjoy thinking about it.

"Well- Natsuki is a good friend and all-"

"And you got the hots for her."

"Sayori! Where did you even learn what that means?" Yuri yelped, surprised in her normally innocent friend.

Sayori shrugged. "I heard a few other people using it."

"I see." Yuri nodded, looking up at that hoop, people were already being called to jump through, it was only a matter of time before it was their turn.

Sayori huffed, refocusing Yuri's attention on her.
"But, y'know for a more logical person like you, maybe thinking about why you're doing it instead of what it is would help more."

"That-.. Sounded smart, Sayori. Well done." Yuri's only response was to congratulate her friend for the well though out sentence.

"Mmmhm! We're up next, let's go!" With that Sayori dragged her purple-haired friend to the hoop.

...

To be frank thinking with emotions or logic would be thinking about the same thing for the purple-haired girl of cat ears and a long silky tail. Natsuki. She did know thinking about the witch would make her experience through the hoop a better one, but Sayori's second preposition, to think about why she was doing this would still take her down the same path, she was doing this for the pink-haired girl.

As the two stepped up to the platform Yuri couldn't help but notice she wasn't the only one nervous.

"Sayori, I thought you said the hoop doesn't bother you?.." Yuri whispered, raising an eyebrow.

"It doesn't, I'm just a bit scared because- What if Monika doesn't like my cat form?" Sayori said back.

"That's a dumb thing to worry about Sayori.. If she likes you for who you are, not what you are, and I reckon she does, then she will have no problems with your alternative form." Yuri said, resting a hand on Sayori's shoulder. It couldn't help but remind her of the days she spent cheering up the normally cheery one back in their own realm...

Sayori entered the dorm room with a unusual silence, setting her things down and stalking over to her bed, Yuri wasn't able to tell which one she saw more in the other cat-girl's eyes, fear, exhaustion, or sadness. Normally the girl would be happy for the peace and quiet, but something was clearly off with the normally bubbly and bright Sayori.

Coming to the conclusion that she should help out her friend, Yuri set her book down and made her way over to Sayori's bed, sitting down on the side. "Another rough day?.." The purple girl started out, only to be met with a nod from her friend.
