"Where are we going too, baby," I asked before I licked the fronto leaf, rolling the blunt up.

"To the mall. I'm about to take you shopping and get me a few things too." I smiled excitedly because I had been meaning to go to the mall and get me some new Victoria Secret sets and a pair of Jordan 1's. I got a lighter out the middle console and sparked the blunt up taking a few puffs then handing it to Elijah.

Pulling into the parking lot of the mall, Elijah parked the car and we sat there finishing the blunt and then heading into the mall. Victoria Secret was on the first floor of the mall so we went in there first.

"Baby, find me something that you would like to see me in," I told him. His birthday was coming up in a few weeks and I had so much planned for him that he didn't even know about. I just know that he's gonna like everything that I do for him. He nodded his head and began looking around the store. I grabbed four bra and panty sets and a black lingerie set. After that, I walked over to Elijah to see him holding up this red lingerie with this big ass smile on his face. I laughed a little, shaking my head at him. "This is all I want, baby. We can get in line now."

We got in line and there were about three people standing in front of us waiting for their turn. I believe they were here together. All grown women. Once they felt us behind them, they turned around and looked at us. More so at Elijah. I felt really uncomfortable.

"Hi, sir. I just wanted to tell you that you are really handsome," one of the women said. I rolled my eyes and then turned to Elijah who was looking at the woman. He didn't reply back, just gave a head nod towards her. "Can I get your number?"

"I know you see me in line with my girl and still gone try to talk to me. Yall females so wild," Elijah told the woman. I just kept quiet, but I felt the eyes of all three women on me.

"What do you want with this little ass girl? I bet she doesn't even know what to do with you," she said. Again, I rolled my eyes, staring at the woman. I had to say that she was beautiful but Elijah would never go for someone like her.

"I keep him very happy and satisfied, bitch. Now get the fuck out of me and my nigga's face before shit get ugly in this motherfucker," I said to her calmly. She stepped in my face with a mug on her face that made her look so fucking ugly but I still stood my ground looking up at her like she was crazy. She had to be to step up to me like that. I had to think about the fact that she didn't even know me.

"Is there a problem, Shannon?," the manager Cassie asked us as she came up to us. I knew Cassie from coming here all the time and she was also Maya's cousin. She was a cool person and it was crazy that we got along better than me and Maya.

"Yeah, everything is fine. These women are just holding up the line with bullshit," I said, stepping back from the woman and putting my attention on Cassie.

"Either yall pay for your things or get out of my store," Cassie said to the three women. The woman that I was arguing with looked me up and down then turned around to face the counter. I looked behind me at Elijah who was already looking at me smiling. I shook my head at him smiling back.

"Gimme a kiss, shorty," he said, pulling me into him. I heard the women scoff before I kissed him hard, adding tongue. Elijah grabbed my ass and smacked it when we pulled away. I knew he was just being extra for the women and I laughed. It was our turn next, so I put the lingerie sets on the counter.

"How have you been, Shan? I haven't seen you around Maya in a minute," Cassie asked me as she ranged up my stuff.

"I been good. Doing my own thing. Minding my own business. Me and your cousin aren't cool anymore," I told her. She nodded her head.
