Explanation.

sO AHAHA this book is pretty shit if you ask me.

So here's the explanation, Raesun was an alluring soul who seduced humans by her music and feasted on them. You could tell that by the amount of times i used the word alluringsjkdaks. 

Yoongi was her target cus he had a pretty sweet blood and was easy to fool. Yoongi fell into her trap and got seduced by her beauty and music. 

The tea, very obviously, had something that laid him unconscious which gave her a nice time to feast on him.
