Chapter 7, He knows

Start from the beginning

One for being a mistake.

One for being stupid.

One for being born.

One for being useless.

Two for my parents being in jail.

Two for the twins hating me.

After eight cuts, I bandage them and wear my twin's hoodie with my other sweatpant.

I really need to buy some clothes.

I let my hair air dry for couple of minutes and during those minutes, I read a book for twentie minutes, before hearing a knock, on my door.

I walk up, to the front of my door and open it.

I see my twin with a black, Nike hoodie on, with a big smile on his face.

"Hey, just wanted to let you know, breakfast's at nine" he says, coming in my room.

"Oh ok" is what comes out of my mouth.

"Btw, did you do my closet?" He asks.

"Y-yes" I say, looking down.

"Thanks, but I could've done it myself" he says with a small smile.

He's not happy, does that mean I'll get a punishment?

"Their's an hour left before breakfast, you wanna watch something?" He says, with a questioning look.

"Sure" I say, with a smile.

"Oh did you take my hoodie, from my closet?" He asks, eying it.

"Yes" I reply.

"It looks big on you but I guess it's cute when you wear it" he says laughing for some seconds.

"Anyways let's watch a new movie" he says all excited.

It's been a while since I haven't smiled and yet I just smiled at what my twin said.

Something that no one bothered saying nor asking me, after the abuse.

I look cute.

He hoped on my bed and so did I.

He got his phone, out of his poket, and started doing something.

We watched Sonic 2 for half an hour, before I started noticing him looking at my left arm.

The side where he was laying on my bed.

I looked down at it and saw a little of blood sliding down my arm.

It wasn't a lot but it was still blood.

"What happened?" He asked, still eying my left arm.

Come on, Gabriella think quickly.

"A c-cat scratched m-my arm a few d-days a-ag-go." I said stuttering.

I wish he just beleives what I said even tho he looks like he didn't.

Gosh why am I so bad at lying?
