He grabbed the socket and sucked the energy out of the thing. The complex locking system undid itself and it came off. Slowly and in an unbalanced position Sanyu handed his prosthetic to the teacher who smiled again.

He was starting to think All Might's smile was just a little bit sadistic.

Another zero pointer rolled onto the field and Sanyu sighed.

This did give him a chance to try out his new flight style. Instead of expelling energy just from his hands and feet, he surrounded himself with the energy and manipulated it in the right direction. It worked better than his previous 'Iron Man' style.

This time he used a concentrated beam to cut the robot in half. At this point the amount of rubble Cementos would have to clear away was obscene. Sanyu couldn't help but wonder how many of these things U.A had in storage and how much of the budget he had just destroyed forever.

Sanyu landed back on the ground and All Might gave him a thumbs up before jotting something down on his clipboard. "What are you waiting for? Run a lap.".

The teen gave him an unimpressed look. "Can I have my leg back?" He asked. Toshinori grinned.

"No.".

Sanyu sighed and floated off, feeling the energy strain against his body as it tried to explode out. But that was the point of training. To be able to use the energy he absorbed from the missile properly.

When he got back around the former no.1 was holding some sort of velcro strap. He held it out to Sanyu, who was still floating, with a smile.

"No." The boy said simply, already knowing where this was going.

"Yes." All Might replied. Sanyu sighed again and nodded, defeated. He lowered himself to the ground and allowed the man to tie his right arm behind him.

Great. Now he had to be careful not to burn through the strap while he fought. "This is ridiculous." He told the man.

"Who knows, your arm could be compromised. You need to know how to fight without it." He said with a grin. Oh he was enjoying this far too much.

This time it took Sanyu a little bit to adjust his flying to the weight imbalance but he figured it out eventually. The push back from the blast nearly knocked him out of the air, but he caught himself about 15 feet from the ground.

He landed on the ground and sat down as the robot broke down. He was panting now, genuinely having been tired out. His eyes were glowing brightly from the output of energy.

"We're not done yet." All Might said, holding another velcro strap. Sanyu looked at him like he was insane.

"If I lost this many limbs in battle I'd be dead." He said simply. "Humor me." Toshinori replied as he hauled Sanyu to his feet-or foot, he supposed-and bound his right arm behind his back. Sanyu focused on forcing a steady stream of energy through his socket, using it as a counter balance. Like a leg, but not.

The rest of the class had long since abandoned their own tasks in favor of watching Oyama take on challenge after challenge.

Now they watched as the zero pointer rolled onto the field, screaming something about 'puny humans' and 'robot overlords'. Sanyu stared the thing down, tired and down three limbs.

"Even for him this is a bit much isn't it?" Kirishima said nervously.

"It's what he chose." Aizawa said simply. "Until now he's competed on your level-or rather our world's level.".

"Part of that was because he wouldn't let us train him properly." The teacher continued.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" Bakugou asked, "He's a U.A student he can't just tell his teachers to stop fucking training him!".
