When news came around that a girl was joining this years line of racers, he couldn't believe it. He found it amusing. There was no way a girl could even begin to threaten his chances of winning the world championship again.
It just wasn't possible.

A girl beating him? That was unheard of. A girl not falling for his charm? That was even more unheard of. Him admiring the girl so much so, even though he despised her?
