Y/N pov

“Morning.” “Good morning Y/N.” Emma said, still half asleep. She sat up on the bed. “Let's go make some breakfast.” Emma said getting off the bed. I nodded and followed her to the kitchen.

It looked like the two of us were the only ones awake. We started to make breakfast. Emma was making Udon noodles and I was making Tonkatsu. The only four Japanese dishes I know how to make are yakisoba, ramen, tonkatsu and udon noodles. Everything that is noodle-like is my favourite food.

The food was almost done when someone entered the kitchen. It was Izana if I remember correctly. “Good morning.” Emma said to Izana. And I did too. He just hummed as a response and sat at the table. Few minutes later Shinichiro was in the kitchen too. The only one missing is Mikey.

Emma got angry that he is not up yet so she shouted in hope of waking him up. “Manjiro, wake up! Breakfast is ready!” As soon as she mentioned breakfast I could hear footsteps. He was running down the stairs. He jumped off the few last stairs and as if he teleported he was sitting at the table.

Me and Emma put the food on the table. And sit ourselves at the table. We started to eat.

“This tonkatsu is so good.” Mikey said, stuffing his mouth with it. “Yeah I agree.” Said Shinichiro who had finished eating. Izana nodded his head as a sign of agrement. “I'm glad you like it.” I said still eating my food.

After all of us finished eating Emma told Izana and Mikey that they would be the ones washing the dishes. They didn't like the idea but Emma threatened to hit them with her flip-flops.

She and I moved to the living room that was connected to the kitchen to talk. “So do you have something to do today?” Emma asked me. Both of us were sitting on the couch now. “I'm going to give my brothers a surprise visit.” I said with a big smile on my face. “Can you tell me more about your brothers?” “Well they are both delinquents. And by what they said they are in a gang now. They used to rule on their own.” I continued to talk about them. But I never mentioned their names.

While they were talking when Mikey and Izana heard the word ‘delinquent’ they stopped washing the dishes. They started to eavesdrop on their conversation.

Izana pov

‘Delinquents?’ I thought as I started to listen to their conversation. Mikey stopped what he was doing to listen in on their conversation too. Y/N mentioned that her brothers used to work alone but now are in a gang. That sounds awfully familiar but I just can't remember from where.

She continued to talk about them. Like how tall they are and she is jealous of their height. I mean she is quite tall for a girl. I don't know why she is complaining.

“Did you know that tall people die faster?” Y/N said smiling. Why the hell is she smiling? “Really?” Emma asked her, confused. Me and Mikey were kinda confused too. Who the hell mentions that out of nowhere. “Yup. And that is why I want to be taller.”

All of us were taken aback by this. Is she alright in the head is the only thing that is on my mind. I just looked at Mikey and continued to do the dishes. Few seconds later he joined me. We weren't sure what we just heard.

Y/N pov

After saying that i want to be tall so i can die faster Emma was giving me some concerned looks. Of course that she would. I may joke about dying and $uicide on a regular basis but she doesn't know that.
