No villain is more outspoken in the Upper Wind Club than this man of many words. He is a well-known villain, and also one of the leaders of the underground club The Winds Of Change. He is able to use his clarinet as a weapon of deadly proportions. His sound drives people to the point of insanity, and that causes his victims to torture themselves, often resulting in death. This member of the Clarinet faction causes disarray throughout the band, and his hatred of the band is the catalyst for many attacks on the heroes, making him one of the most feared throughout the band.
