The Alley Cat

The next morning Kai quickly walked to where the hybrid slept only to find them bloody and dirty now with their clothes and leftover food stolen "look youre not gonna like this but i have no choice" Kai said taking off his jacket and using it to cover the hybrid before picking them up and carrying them back to his penthouse

Once Kai arrived he took the now blacked out hybrid into his bathroom and carefully cleaned them off making sure to not put alot of pressure on the injuries, once the hybrid was clean he took them to his room and got out a loose shirt and new boxers and put it on the hybrid before moving them into his bed under the blankets, turning off the light and leaving the room

Soon the hybrid woke up and began to panic seeing as they were in an unknown room and slowly walked out of the room "oh youre awake? good morning im sorry about bringing you here but you wouldnt have survived out there and i didnt know how you feel about hospitals so–" Kai was cut off by the hybrid hugging him tightly

"h-hey why are you crying?" Kai asked after noticing the tears soaking his shirt, the hybrid said nothing and continued to silently cry whilst hugging the taller tightly, who carefully hugged back "okay... well do you want something to drink or some warmer clothes?" Kai asked, the hybrid shook their head no and continued to hug and cry into the taller

After about 10 minutes the hybrid pulled away and grabbed Kais hand once again rubbing against it to show gratitude, Kai gently reached out with his other hand and began to play with the hybrids hair, which he had previously washed, the long soft brown hair gliding through Kais fingers smoothly

"here you need to eat okay? put the plate in the sink when youre done" the hybrid looked worriedly in his direction "im just meeting up with someone ill be back in like an hour" The hybrid panickedly shook their head

Kai sighed "do you want to come with me?" he asked, the hybrid hurriedly nodded and began clinging to Kais side "okay, but you have to eat and change first" The hybrid smiled and nodded before going to the table and hurriedly eating the food

Once the hybrid finished eating Kai let them pick out their own clothes, the hybrid opting for a loose white crop top and black cargo pants "those docs over there might fit you" Kai said pointing towards the newish doc martens sitting in the corner of his room the hybrid quickly put on the shoes and soon followed Kai outside tightly holding his hand

The two walked down the street and to a cafe obviously and walked in "hyuckaaa!" a male with pink hair said excitedly as he ran up and hugged the tall man "hey jjunie how have you been bubba?" Kai asked as he hugged him back

"mmm well binnie wont give me a cookie but other than that i been okie" the man called jjunie said "why isnt he giving you a cookie?" Kai asked "because hes a meanie— whos dat" The pink haired pointed at the hybrid

"don't worry about it m'kay bubba?" Kai said shooing the other back to his caregiver and lead the hybrid to a table "sit down ill go order us some cake and stuff" Kai smiled, the hybrid smiled back and nodded

"soOo whose the cute guy wearing your clothes and holding your hand" Soobin teased "no one hyung" "two of the usuals?" "yea thanks hyung" Kai said handing the older a 20 before going to sit down, Soobin soon brought over their stuff "hes gonna be here in 5" Soobin said monotonously as he walked into the back to his boyfriend

Soon a light brown haired older male walked through the door and sat down across from Kai "whose this?" he asked "no one" Kai said quietly "so are you seriously going to keep being like this" the man asked, Kai stayed silent and looked down at his lap
