I walk downstairs to where my dad is.

"Hey dad, you ready?" I ask, standing in front of him.

"Yeah, come on sweetheart." He says as he stands up from the couch.

I nod and he opens the front door for me.

I walk out and he walks out behind me. He closes the door behind him.

We walk over to his car and i get in on the passenger side.

He opens his door and gets in.

I feel my phone vibrate and i look at it.

I put my phone back down and i watch as my dad drives us to the Carnival.

I stepped out of the car and i pulled my phone out of my pocket.

I put my phone back into my pocket and i look over to my dad.

"I'll see you later dad, i'm gonna go with Lex." I say as we walk.

"Okay sweetheart, I'll get some cotton candy for you." He says as he turns away from me.

"Okay!" I say as i spot Rue and Lexi.

I run over to them.

I give them a huge hug.

"Hii!" I say, excitedly.

"Hey!" Rue says.

"Hi!" Lex says as she wraps her arms around me.
