Part 5 , Mugen Train

Me and Inosuke sit across from Zenitsu.

We all hand our tickets and have them cut.

"Y/N?! Why'd they cut my damn ticket!?" Inosuke shouts.

"So they know you bought tickets and that you're not trespassing onto the train."

My eyes begin to feel very heavy and I pass out.

Dream--

I wake up in a snow filled forest.

"Y/N!? Y/N dear where are you!?" I run to the voice.

"..mom..?" I say.

I fall to my knees.

"B-But, Dad...Killed you..." I say crying.

"What do you mean?" She asks.

She helps me up and leads me to our house.

All I hear is our loud crunches in the snow.

We walk inside.

"Oni-chan!!!" Sumi and Chasna run to me hugging me with their small arms.

I tackle them in a hug.

"Y-You're alive!!??" I shout hugging my little brother and sister.

"How about you three go fetch water so we can make tea?" Mother asks.

We put our coats on and grab buckets. We run down to the river.

I squat down and push my bucket under .

I try to pull it back but get pulled under.

"Y/N!!! You're in a dream!! You must kill yourself to get back to reality!!! We need help!!!!" Tanjiro shouts.

I get pushed out of the water.

Fire surrounds me and I stand there in my uniform.  I draw my sword.

"Sumi...Chasna... Come here" I say.

They walk to me and I give them a huge hug.

They back up and I put the sword to my neck.

"Y/N!? Dear so what's taking so- ...long..." Mother sprints towards me but I slice my neck before she can reach me.

I gasp and wake up.

I run off the train and into the dirt field.

"AKAZA" I shout. before he charges at Rengoku.

He stops and bows on one knee.

I draw my sword and spin it once.

I put it under his chin and lift his head.

"Under my orders, you are to never hurt a Hashira" I say.

"But lord ordered me, I am sorry but I have to"

I slice his head off and pick it up.

"Didn't your 'lord' tell you to listen to my orders to!?" I ask.

The head decays and the body grows a new one.

"He told us to never listen to your orders again" Akaza says getting in a fighting stance.

"I will always regret this.." He says before attacking.

He breaks my sword.

I throw my Haori to the side.

I slice my own hand and within seconds make multiple X's all over his body.

I laugh before snapping my fingers making spikes go through him in multiple places.

He regenerates.

We go back and forward fighting.

He punches me and dislocates my jaw.

"You're lucky I'm not at full strength!!" I manage shout.

In a flash I drop to the ground.

I look down.

'he...punched me through the heart...'

Inosuke POV

I sprint over and grab Y/N.

I run to a safe spot and put her down. I begin to panic and grab a part of her sleeve and rip it off. I put it on her chest and push down.

I turn around and hear Tanjiro yelling.

"YOU COWARD!!! DONT JUST RUN!!!"

I look over at Rengoku.

He says his last words and dies.

I begin crying and so does everyone else.
